Amateurs only - no marathon types welcome.

I intend to do a mile every couple of days I used to do this ages ago and finally need to get back to it.

Any takers? I am not a runner But cant be arsed to do organised excercise....

Used to do a fair bit of running before dd.....and now and then I get back into it. Problem now is where do I put dd? Choices include running before dh goes to work, running after he gets home.....or maybe just on the weekends? Won't entertain the first two esp at this time of year! Anyone run with a 3 weeler?

When not pregnant I go on 2-3 mile runs at lunch times with a work colleague - saves the problem of what to do with dd. When pregnant (as per now), I sit back and do bugger all.

Can join you if I'm allowed to do it on the treadmill in the gym... bit boring I know, but it's too dark at the times I go running...

Twink · 11/11/2003 21:57

am not marathon type but do run quite a bit, can I join anyway (please) ?

hana · 12/11/2003 14:50

running at lunch at work might be an option........I use that time now to have a good gossip with my friends and sort out my lessons for the next week.....maybe every other week? I should really start this week, once you go you do feel so much better, so count me in. Will let you know how I get on on Friday!

Count me in. Was just talking about running today funnily enough. Am going tonight with a work friend. She has told me to run wearing a black bin bag, said it makes you sweat more so you lose weight quicker, is she right?.............

I live in the country ( no street lights!!)therefore can only join in at the weekend.
