Apparently Penny Mordaunt has lost her seat.

decionsdecisions62 · 05/07/2024 03:33

He never mentioned what he was going to do for Clacton.

iwentjasonwaterfalls · 05/07/2024 03:33

I mean, good luck Clacton I guess? You'll get no help from him as an MP so enjoy what you voted for. I've used this phrase multiple times during the election, but you know what they say about the dildo of consequences.

We really need some good news very quickly, don’t let us down Rees Mogg voting population, please have voted the smarmy sod out.

After almost destroying the Labour Party you'd think his constituents would have woken up and smelt the coffee.

Off to Clacton now!

That's about four seats so far where Gaza has been the deciding issue. I bet George Galloway is extra befuddled and gutted that it didn't pay off for him.

Shame they didn't vote on pressing issues here at home.

Heh, he still won't realise that he could be standing for free gold for all and he still wouldn't convince people he's not a weasily shit.

They voted for division and strife. That's what he's promising them.

murasaki · 05/07/2024 03:37

Itv seems to be ahead. Which channel do I want?

I think the main problem is the massive smelly dirty hat.

To be fair he wants to increase tourism.

Catch a coach to Clacton, the Cannes of Essex

( or is it the White Lightning Cans of Essex)

HauntedBungalow · 05/07/2024 03:39

And the BBC has the swingometer!

TokyoSushi · 05/07/2024 03:40

Just getting up to assess the damage!

Bring the Boats! (to Clacton).

DCINightingale · 05/07/2024 03:41

Looking at my local results, Reform are in for Great Yarmouth and George Freeman stays on for conservative in Mid Norfolk. Goodness knows how!! It seems tactical voting for "the opposition" split any majority between Lab and Ref rather than pooling it together enough, and meant that Conservative just kept a narrow majority.

blackcherryconserve · 05/07/2024 03:41

Fuck Corbyn

ClawedUkelele · 05/07/2024 03:42

Oof, closer call than I'd have thought for Badenoch

murasaki · 05/07/2024 03:42

The beeb hasn't said anything re Mordant, unless it was when I was deshittiing the cat tray, a metaphor for tonight, to a certain extent.
