Really don't believe Jeremy Corbyn would believe in peace if Russia and Palestine were winning.

DCINightingale · 05/07/2024 03:42

The BBC presenters look knackered!

decionsdecisions62 · 05/07/2024 03:42

At least Corbyn has the people of Islington at his heart. Unlike Farage with the people of Clacton!

The beeb hasn't said anything re Mordant, unless it was when I was deshittiing the cat tray, a metaphor for tonight, to a certain extent.

Badenoch won because people wouldn't vote tactically. Infuriating.

She had about 18 and Labour about 16 I think.

From memory, about 19,000 for Badenoch to Labour's 16,000 odd. Lib Dems were on 6,000 and something. Think Reform were on around 7,000.

Confused by the beeb waffling on re the muslim vote. I don't know about any of you but I wasn't asked re religion at the polling booth.....

EsmaCannonball · 05/07/2024 03:47

Ooh, apparently Michael Fabricant may have gone. I'm actually disappointed if this is true. I've been strangely fascinated by him for decades. Make him do Strictly.

I'm not sure anyone else got much, except reform.

Both of them former Labour candidates, that has to sting.

Him and Andy Street could do a travel show together for Channel 5. Travelling round Polynesia on a novelty pedalo, or something.

I think the LD, Labour and Green vote combined would have been enough to unseat her. Annoying to say the least. And the story is only Reform did well, but the progressive parties combined got about 3 times their vote.
