How to Make the Very Most of Your Body and all of its Fluids

Hello.
I am currently writing a book which I thought may interest some of you.
I am a very natural lady and a believer that nothing should go to waste. There is a use for everything our body produces. I wondered if any of you mothers have any contributions you could make or any comments on whether you would be interested in buying such a book.

Examples include the health benefits of drinking your own urine (of which there are many).

Freezing your menstrual blood to use as stock or a natural thickener to gravy. It is full of protein and has a rich, meaty flavour.

Recycling your faeces to use as compost for your organic vegetable garden.

There really is nothing your body produces that you cannot use in some way and this is the aim of my book. I would appreciate your comments.

I'm going to use my eye bogeys as eye cream... how about that? It's a similar colour and texture so it must be able to perform the same function.

dh met a girl while travelling round Australia who used to grow what she called "fanny grass" (it was a marijuana plant that she anointed with her menstrual blood each month)

She swore it was highly potent

I must ask him if he tried it (I think he did you know)

You could put that in your book (and smoke it )
