Now I am really clutching at straws.

My dh has a nice chest, I've not tried oiling it though. maybe I could get it in a photo? I will have a word with him when he gets home. He has done some modelling by default. He can be found in a certain car manufacturers brochure in certain poses...

Oh how interesting tigi, is he draped provocatively, or just switching on the aircon.

My husband looks like a hobbit so him with bread would not sway the judging in my favour.

But hey, I want to judge. I would award myself first prize instantly.

He is driving on a few, although it is pretty shady so you have to look hard, and photos of his bod on a bike etc are throughout...

eh? Photos of your dh on a bike in a car ad? I am not understanding.

The entries seem to get smaller each week though... are people getting fed up with it already?

Mrs Fish, I have a feeling that people are suffering from Village show fatigue.

I'm happy to have a pause and then maybe do some in the summer holidays (like a minature garden in a tray) so the kids can get involved.

I think that F&Z is desperate to show us her bread though, and will be cross if we start taking the pavillion down now.

Well perhaps do bread this week and then we have a couple of weeks off?

Sounds fine. As you know I need to keep myself focused on the vsc, so will be unable to diversify into bread & related bread products this week.

I am becoming increasingly afraid that I wont be here for the judging tonight. Dh is cooking and takes an age about it...I just know he'll pronounce dinner is ready in oh about 10mins.
