HORROR at what was in packed lunch box

My daughter brought home someone elses packed lunch box today and in it were the remains of:

Crisps
Mini chocolate roll
Dairylee dunkables
Cheese string
Galaxy

and empty food bag - not sure of the contents but would hope a decent sandwich

I was so and . No wonder my DD wants rubbish in hers all the time!!!!

i reckon people foten do things they know other people think are wrong, but usually they themselves dont think they are that wrong. they have some sort of justification at least. (wrong or right)

THe kid got fed!!!! thats a big plus for many many children.

until your child is fed nothing but home made, homegrown organic food and is pefectly behaved 100% of the time adn he grows to be a neuro scientist you have no room to judge others.

You have no idea what may have been going on with that child or its family.

whose to say that the childs mum was rushed to hospital and making lunches was left to the 14 year old sibling who did the best he could?

or they are a family survivng on benefits and mum doesn't get paid until tomorrow. all that was left was some sweeties and the last few slices of bread. at least the child had a lunch!

How dare any of us judge another without full knowldeg of the facts.

then we shall have to disagree springdora, for i see only opinionated shouting for hte most part. There was a time when people started at point A and after listening to other points admitted they had changed their mind. But as NG pointed out, It's mostly to just back up your own opinion rather than listen to others and maybe be open to change! IMO/IME
