i really want to start planning meals for the week so that we stop just going out for expensive food from M&S at the last minute.
i'm making a chicken casserole tonight (for tomorrow) and realised i didn't have any onions. Phoned DH who was out and about and he brought home three large-ish brown onions from Marks whihc cost £1.59. For, let me repeat, THREE onions. THREE

Hooray! I found this thread really late last night but my keyboard wouldn't type and I really really need this meal planner from the wonderful Yorkiegirl (but possibly via someone else?).

We have a British Heart Foundation shop just down the road so I will take a decent donation straight there, and try not to buy anything...?
