For me it's always the Twilight Saga. Then full on snot filled tissues when Edward's piece of music (Bella's Theme?) that he wrote for Bella.

I read the books before watching the films, and they too made me weep.

I know... I'm a sentimental nitwit.

Hook makes me cry as it is, haven't dared watch it since RW died

titsbumfannythelot · 21/12/2016 19:42

Pre babies- nowt.

Post babies- everything.

But the thing that most upset me recently was a season end of homeland. The one with Brodie. Proper big sobs for about half an hour after that.

I cry at a lot of things tbh. Mainly anything about death will have me in tears within seconds.

Libitina · 27/12/2016 16:25

The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas
Toy Story 3

I absolutely sobbed my heart out at these and can't bring myself to watch them again.

Lillillil · 27/12/2016 16:35

Mrspotatohead18 · 27/12/2016 17:57

Pursuit of happiness

Mouse14 · 27/12/2016 18:01

Saving Mr Banks
Mamma Mia (Slipping Through My Fingers)
Dumbo
Titanic

Harimad · 27/12/2016 18:08

Most of the above, but one that always gets me is Dangerous Liaisons - "it's beyond my control" ...

colourmylife · 27/12/2016 18:09

I cry at a lot of films but Up and Toy Story 3 get me every single time.

StaceyMummyof3 · 27/12/2016 18:09

Slipping though my fingers omg everytime. Especially as my eldest daughter (4) is at school...always think of her when it comes on..and I'm balling like a baby

roundtable · 27/12/2016 18:17

Since having the children it's made me very emotional watching films. I seem to cry at everything.

user1472672639 · 27/12/2016 19:25

P.S. I love you 😢😢😢😢

cauliwobbles · 27/12/2016 21:30

When a Man Loves a Woman. I'm not sure it would be so heart wrenching without the lovely Andy Garcia though.

SanFranBear · 27/12/2016 21:37

Too too many - my DC are always checking on me when we watch something together and me and DD normally have to snuggle...

Stand out though and no matter how many times I see it is the but in Tangled where her Mum and Dad realise she's come home but can't believe it and the way they are animated when they run into the room.. floods and floods 😭

MsGameandWatch · 27/12/2016 21:39

Last Of The Mohicans where Uncas is killed and Alice just quietly steps off the cliff as she won't live without him. They never spoke but loved each other. Dear me I am tearing up just thinking about that.

I love The Twilight Saga too OP. The scene in "Eclipse" where they're lying on the bed talking about her becoming a vampire and he says "after a few decades it doesn't matter anymore because everyone you know is dead" or something like that - that always makes me blub a bit. The background song is perfect in that scene.

TesticleMeElmo · 27/12/2016 22:33

The Muppet Christmas Carol. (I know I'm late to the party, and I'm sorry. Please don't judge me)

thecoffeelady · 27/12/2016 23:37

Miss You Already - cried so much I couldn't breath and had to call my two best friends and tell them I loved them and made them promise me that they won't die
Beaches
Tangled - The lantern scene
Dumbo - even my kids know I can't watch it
Toy Story 3 - surely everyone cries at the end
Million Dollar Baby - no one expected that to happen
Brave - I took DD1 to the cinema to see that the day before she started school and cried like a baby
Inside Out - when bing bong sacrifices himself, when Joy realises you can't have Joy without sadness
Home - when she misses her Mum (we had to pause it when Oh gets 'squished'
Frozen
Les Mis - from opening bars to the end of the credits
Lassie
every episode of The Littlest Hobo
Terms of Endeerment
My Girl
anything about well, anything can make me cry

I just asked my husband and he said I cry at everything, this is true I cry at adverts, (Monty the Penguin) happy endings, sad endings and nearly every book I have ever read. DD1 is just the same. She cries at animal documentaries too
