Anyone around for a hand hold, waiting to be assessed under MHA

Title says it all, waiting to see if I will be sectioned.

Tried to kill myself this morning and DH had to 'save' me.

Cut twice this week needing stitches.

Everything is a huge mess.

Hate self.

At least you will know in 15 minutes, which is better than the threat of being sectioned. Hangs and Cake while you wait

I cannot thank you enough for all your support. It means so much. I have bee on mumsnet for 11 years now and I am never failed to be surprised at how kind people are.

Cream I echo everyone your not a failure. Life has dealt you a shit hand but you've survived it. Right now you just need a helping hand to continue. I wish you all the best. Hope Dr is there and being helpful.

And, if they section you tonight, know that we are cheering on your recovery, and there will be much pompom waving when you are back on MN again! Interesting question from Mrs, does it help if you go voluntarily? I've always wondered that?

Going to PICU.

And yes informal is better but knowing how I am that's not an option. Have been on too many psych units to agree to go.

Oh cream, I know it's not what you wanted, but I'm so proud of you for allowing it to happen, and really hope you feel better. I expect your DH feels very relieved that hopefully you're going to be taken care of properly by experts.
