what counts as evidence? I mean, they have my word. I have bruises, including fingerprints up my throat (and photos). But they're checking both of our phones and computers for the conversations leading up to the unthinkable. What kind of thing can they need to nail it?

So, have you reported it already? Reporting takes such strength , no wonder you're stressed out. Lack of evidence doesn't mean it didn't happen, most people know that.

You won't do anything, because you have strength. It probably doesn't feel like it, but you do. You reported, you're asking for help. You do.

I only knew him one month. we had consensual sex once, then I tol;d hi,m I didn;t want it to happen again. But he forced me 5 days later. Now he says he didn't hear me beg him to stop or feel me try to push him off

Yes, I have rl support. But I want someone to tell me that they'll convict him. I am scared he'll get away with it. And he even goes to my church!!! And walks in and looks right through me. Every week.
