It could be...are you tired? will you sleep if you go now?

Ennn · 12/02/2015 19:22

Not sure how coping is defined anyway. Was asked if I have ways to cope with depressive/anxious feelings.

Well, yes. Putting up with them until they go away.

Probably not, and DP will be upset I haven't eaten the dinner he's cooking

Well, mindfulness, meditation, distraction. food, booze, sleep.

OP posts:
Ennn · 12/02/2015 19:32

I know technically is good for me that DP is here and so I have to go to.bed at night/get up during day (if four hours delayed)/eat proper food at mealtimes, but I kind of want to just wallow in the shitness instead Confused bloody supportive people, eh?

Oh dear. Do you think you can eat dinner? It must be tricky with someone chivvying you to do things, even if eating etc is conducive to good health.

My carer came early and has just gone, I'm trying not to go back out.

Ennn · 12/02/2015 19:41

Yes will eat food. I eat too much when low. Always envied people who eat less when low. Stupid, I know.

Up, stay in

OP posts:
UpOnDown · 12/02/2015 19:44

No it's not stupid. I am staying in. Maybe, trying not to go out.

UpOnDown · 12/02/2015 19:49

I wonder how everyone is doing?

Ennn · 12/02/2015 19:51

Me too.

I'm about to watch that programme where families spend three million pounds a week on food..

UpOnDown · 12/02/2015 20:01

I'm about to watch sewing bee. I saw the last one where they spent £350 per week. Shock

CaulkheadUpNorth · 12/02/2015 20:04

Hello, how is everyone? I've been following where I can, but not much internet. Home now, despite the m6 attempting to keep me stationary on it forever.

Ennn · 12/02/2015 20:06

I can't talk; I wandered past the market earlier and impulse spent £8 on oyster mushrooms, tomatoes, coriander, enormous grapes and a pomelo.

OP posts:
CaulkheadUpNorth · 12/02/2015 20:08

Unless it was £8 on each of them then that's fine.

UpOnDown · 12/02/2015 20:09

Good to see you, caulk Smile

I'm struggling, but you probably know that....I find talking to people here a distraction.

Ennn · 12/02/2015 20:12

I don't need any of those things though...
Thanks for the backup tho Smile

The crazies this week let their 3yo do their shopping...and we think we have problems!?!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 12/02/2015 20:12

Do you ever use sporcle? That is on my list of distractions.

UpOnDown · 12/02/2015 20:12

Healthy food is good, Ennn

brightandbreezyNot · 12/02/2015 20:13

Can anyone explain why you suddenly become low. How I hate this feeling, knowing it is irrational thoughts but they are there all the same. Just want to go and wallow in my own sadness in bed :-(

UpOnDown · 12/02/2015 20:14

Thanks caulk, I hadn't heard of that.

Millie2013 · 12/02/2015 20:15

Bright, I wish I knew
