I have the tv on, and I'm in pjs. I keep telling myself to wait 5 minutes to go outside.

HellinaHandbasket · 06/02/2015 20:42

Are you hungry? Could you spend time making yourself something to eat or a hot drink?

DavidTennantsBeard · 06/02/2015 20:43

Taking 5 minutes at a time works for me sometimes. Is there anything on telly tonight worth watching? Stuck with England v Wales rugby here

UpOnDown · 06/02/2015 20:44

Good idea, but I can't cook/make drinks. Thanks though, I do need to eat/drink more (CPN wants me to record it), I could get some water.

UpOnDown · 06/02/2015 20:45

I'm watching the jump on channel 4.

HellinaHandbasket · 06/02/2015 20:47

It's rugby on the tv here too. I'm struggling with huge guilt having eaten a kitkat chunky. I'm still within my MFP limits but I'm convinced I'll have gained a pound or two by the morning.

DavidTennantsBeard · 06/02/2015 20:49

Drinking water is good for you. are you able to put any ice in it? For some reason sips of ice water are v calming.

UpOnDown · 06/02/2015 20:50

I'll try that DTB As long as it's within your limits it should be fine, Hell

Millie2013 · 06/02/2015 20:50

Don't go outside, Up, it's far too cold out there. Talk to us instead

Ennn · 06/02/2015 20:50

Guilt?

Not just regret?

Sad
DavidTennantsBeard · 06/02/2015 20:50

I wish I could lose weight, when I'm in anxious mode I lose weight without trying but I've put on 2 stone since being on meds, so I'm now fat and depressed instead of thin and anxious.

HellinaHandbasket · 06/02/2015 20:51

Guilt and regret.

UpOnDown · 06/02/2015 20:53

Don't be too hard on yourself.

Millie2013 · 06/02/2015 20:59

That's why I stopped taking meds (unwisely), because I piled weight on. But I'm still fat, so....

HellinaHandbasket · 06/02/2015 21:05

I'm trying to shift the Christmas podge. My meds, luckily, don't make me gain weight.

The Kitkat was lovely, I'm happy to report.

HellinaHandbasket · 06/02/2015 21:13

It's still going round your head??

Ennn · 06/02/2015 21:13

Was it a peanut butter one?

Ennn · 06/02/2015 21:16

Yes, it's driving me potty

Que Sera Sera is gone now tho, replaced by DODODODODOCTOR BEAT WONT YOU TELL ME DOCTOR BEAT DODODODODOCTOR BEAT WONT YOU TEL ME DOCTOR BEAT but W.O.S. is a constant and never completely leaves unless I listen to other music that's loud enough and a different enough tune to drown it out Angry

UpOnDown · 06/02/2015 21:17

I bite the chocolate off kit kats

HellinaHandbasket · 06/02/2015 21:18

It was a regular Kitkat. Don't know how it ended up in the cupboard, it's not a bar I'd normally buy.

Ennn · 06/02/2015 21:19

I spent several months with Boccherini's minuet once. That was fucking torture. But at least it was the whole tune. WOS I'm getting shorter and shorter fragments and EXTREMELY insistent

Ennn · 06/02/2015 21:19

Mmmm.

KitKat chocolate is special.

Ennn · 06/02/2015 21:20

Ever been tempted to buy four and melt them together into an über-KitKat?

Ennn · 06/02/2015 21:22

How's it going Up?
