Millie2013 · 14/01/2015 07:28

Good morning, how are we all today? I'm still in bed, DD is still asleep and I daren't look out of the window
Therapy later, want to cancel (self sabotage, yay). Mustn't cancel.

toothpasteinthetree · 14/01/2015 07:52

Angry email from line manager. Serves me right Angry

Millie2013 · 14/01/2015 07:54

Hugs, Tooth :(

brightandbreezyNot · 14/01/2015 07:58

morning Millie. Make sure you attend your therapy ( agree, would be self sabotage to cancel). Have a good day, everyone

Mitchy1nge · 14/01/2015 10:14

happy Wednesday everyone - am I imagining things or is it extra cold, even here where there is no snow?

by some fucking miracle #3 got into the taxi so there was much rejoicing and an episode of 'I used to be fat' (annoyingly low on detail) I think I might be ok to go for a short run, NSAIDs and heat pad and hours of lying down. Then rodeo pony, if he doesn't buck he's actually really comfortable to ride, will aim to keep him in walk.

want my normal life back even if it does technically suck

(weirdly no extra measurable podge despite ever increasing intake, decreasing activity, life is strange)

Far too much snow here for anything normal to happen, so I'm very pleased you at having even slight amounts of normality in the east. The west is cold and dull and I saw 8 cars in various states of crash on my way in this morning (7 min walk).

Mitchy1nge · 14/01/2015 10:31

yikes poor cars!

do you like the snow? sort of wish we had some (given that it feels cold enough) but it can be such a pain

OP posts:
CaulkheadUpNorth · 14/01/2015 10:35

I love it, but I think that's because I grew up in a No Snow area. It's not nice today though, as mainly just icy and powdery and not great. If it's going to snow I want big proper snow.

Mitchy1nge · 14/01/2015 10:51

we had proper snow a year or two ago, I was just watching a video of the horses playing in it, the temperature was something ridiculous for Suffolk like minus 13 and it was strangely nice

are you there all day today? Did you set up appointments with the ed team? Am making conversation not nagging

I have the rape counsellor at 4, so I'm hoping to be in till 230, as I need to go home and get the car before going there.

I've got an appt on Tuesday Confused

CaulkheadUpNorth · 14/01/2015 11:01

I'm making stuff at work today, which is always fun so it makes the day quicker.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 14/01/2015 11:02

No work for me today as I seem to have picked up a D&V bug from somewhere. Am lounging in bed with cat feeling crap and sipping dioralyte.

Enpoid · 14/01/2015 11:13

Have slept through two hours of alarms. Also, weirdly, have been dreaming (phenelzine normally suppresses REM sleep).

CaulkheadUpNorth · 14/01/2015 11:24

Dreamy is sometimes great and sometimes odd isn't it. I dreamt the other day that lovely therapist say on my lap during a group therapy session (I don't have group therapy).

Enpoid · 14/01/2015 11:35

I dreamt (among other things) that my lovely (now dead) uncle went mad and attacked us all with an axe and I had to hit him in the shoulder with it while nursing my own detached thumb, and that I had an orgy with lots of old schoolfriends. And one of my female friends had a penis. Confused

Good luck to everyone with appointments.

Thinking of you tooth.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 14/01/2015 11:42

That sounds slightly scary. Maybe cut down on the gta?

Enpoid · 14/01/2015 11:49

Grin My dreams are usually like that anyway. I always envy people like DP who experience carefully-plotted, internally consistent, sensible, and benign dreams the freaks.

Enpoid · 14/01/2015 11:51

How are things today Caulk? What are you making?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 14/01/2015 11:58

I'm still not coping, but even boring myself with it now.

I'm making story sacks, which are bags to tell a story with. I've done Joseph, now on Jonah (all bible themed due to the job).

It's probably lunchtime now though, so will find something edible and short dated in the fb cupboard Blush

Mentalpsychiatrist · 14/01/2015 12:19

It's lunchtime here too. Water biscuits for me. Hope you find something edible in the cupboard Caulk.

Enpoid · 14/01/2015 12:35

Don't worry about being boring Caulk. Flowers

The story sacks sound fun Smile

I'm off for some groups - singing then tai chi. I forgot about lunch Blush
