I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

anyways fasting starts now so be a long fast so hopefully a decent drop tmrw.

im very full and not feeling restricted as least

11:0:8 today, hoping to drop below 11 tomorrow.

Another broadly average day, taking a while after half term for the good habits and willpower to kick back in but I'm trying.

Loads and loads of water today and had a decent 75 min workout of strength and cardio.

I don't calorie count but I'm thinking maybe I should to get a sense of how many I'm having. It feels like such a chore though - how do you guys go about counting? Do you weigh and measure everything?!

@hollyblueivy its hard out of routine! Well done for a drop. Keep going!!!! I’m really hoping for 10.6 tmrw but maybe too optimistic!

I do weigh everything but not fruit and veg but I vaguely pop it in. It’s not like we eat loads I don’t find it a chore anymore seeing I’ve done it for 2 years whilst trying to loose weight (obv never do it over bdays Xmas holidays weekends away).

I find it really easy to go over calories like even an apple is 100 cals I know it’s good cals but then u go from weight loss twds maintence calories if u have an apple and peanut butter…

I track using the nutracheck app. It’s so easy! Scan and go! I make most of my meals and I don’t weight stuff like broccoli or lettuce but I do weight pasta and potato/ meat as I’d defo underestimate when I’m hungry!!!

ive not eaten my dinner yet- smells good in the oven though…

Hello everyone. I've had a bit of a fail today. I stupidly thought that going back to work after 2 weeks off and a second 800 calorie day in a row was a good idea 🙄 I ended up binging this afternoon.
I'm going to work our how many calories I've actually had in a moment.
I do track everything I eat, including fruit and veg. I use Nutracheck.
Usually I would have a blip like this and give up, but I'm not going to this time 💪🏼

@DaisyDazzle dont worry. We all been there and done that! For me if I over restrict I binge too! I’m much better now and binge much less - allowing myself to have some treats at weekend and accepting slower weight loss has been keen. Two 800 cal days to start with is though….i can’t even do one!

I wouldn’t be too hard on urself. And plan how you want to tmrw to look ….u can absolutely do this!

Thanks @Smartmove 😘 I tracked everything on Nutracheck and am still within my calorie range for the day. I set my plan to 5:2 I feel better knowing that I'm still in a calorie deficit yesterday and today combined. That's what I like about Nutracheck, it gives you an overview of the week!
Lesson learnt though, I don't think 2 days in a row is wise when I'm just starting!
I'm finding the fasting side of things easy though and did 18hrs today 😊

Finishing the day on 808cals.

Had a protein shake for 100cals and that was the worse thing I’ve ever done!!! Yuk! I’ll stick to my power in a yoghurt I think…

i binge sometimes too.. but it’s got better and I’ve found it easier fasting as I’m an all or nothing Kinda person. I literally don’t eat or I don’t stop eating!!!

11:0:1 here - how frustrating!!

Should be below 11 stone tomorrow and then whatever I am on Friday morning I want 2lb off by next Friday.

I’m ok ! Well not managing on 800 but find 950-1000 ok. I basically can’t help myself have a little nibble at some treats!

im at a casual meal on Thursday (no drinks no pudding literally a little cafe catch up) so need to focus before that as having friends over for drinks sat night too

I was supposed to try and weigh every other day this week but hasn't happened yet, I'll try again starting next week.

Yet more carbs eaten today. No exercise today and low on steps.

Hope I still manage to get below 11st one in the morning.

Hope the day has been ok for everyone else.

Quick check in. Doing ok. A few long fasts, a few runs, intense heat which is making it hard. Far too many desserts. Couple more days left. Will make the most of it but at the back of my mind is weigh in. It won’t be good. So much sugar!
Hope you guys are doing good.
Dreading getting back to reality!

Enjoy @Bubbles44 you will get it off in no time !!! Holidays are to relax and. Enjoy life would be so depressing if u went away and had ur nuts yoghurt dark choc you always have and NO treats!

realised I was 10.5 on may 2nd and 10.5 today. So maintained this month basically. I did have 2 weekends away….

I must loose 2 pounds this month at least!!!!

I was eating cake for breakfast @Bubbles44 and it’s all off again this week so don’t worry about it!

finished the night on 802, did a weight lifting session and had some extra protein as I’m aiming for a 48 hour water fast now!

@jelly79 Good to hear from you I had wondered where you were and if you had missed the new thread. How are you? Have you done any more running since your half?

I'm 10:13:00 today - glad to be back in the 10 stone bracket but looking back I have been hovering around this weight for a good couple (maybe few) months.

I need to get myself sorted and focussed again! Will see what I am tomorrow and will aim for 2lb off by next Friday. (Kind of would like more but I know how hard it is for me to even lose 1lb at the moment.).

Hey @hollyblueivy ah I'm glad I spotted it!

I have done some little runs and still doing HIIT but adding in some swimming! I'm going for a run in the morning 😳

I have 4 weeks to holiday now so I am sugar free until then which is what I think will make the biggest difference to me. I'm in bed hungry now though 🤣

Ah well done being on the right side of that stone threshold, it's so hard when you plateau - I am there too at the moment but darent weigh as it messes with my head x

@jelly79 yes. I did one a few weeks ago and felt great. During the day it’s all good but I struggle to sleep when I’m fasting! I genuinely considered coming and having a boiled egg at 2am cos I wanted to sleep!

up this morning and been in the gym and feeling better already. I had a big cup of water first thing..

I’m considering adding a tiny bit of salt to my water to help hydrate as I keep feeling thirsty, despite drinking plenty.
