I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

@hollyblueivy i used to do that it works ! But then I decided to pay for it coz it’s so good. Good luck may be eye opening!

im 10.6 so didn’t maintain put on a pound….but hopefully that’s gone tmrw and just weekend bloat.

Think my plan is just to get back on plan. Will be hard after all the sugar but hope a few long fasts will sort me out. Won’t weigh until Wednesday at the earliest.
Think working towards a weigh in helps rather than the daily weigh in.

My sugar detox crumbled this weekend with icecream, sticky toffee pudding and custard. But no where near what it could of been

Finding it harder though today but I know if I start nibbling treats it will be a constant cycle until holiday!

Watermelon

I am so thirsty from the halloumi and it's making me want sweet stuff!

More watermelon then fast I think!

Counted calories today and think it was about 1300 in total.

Finished food and drinks for the day so will try to fast until 1pm tomorrow which will be 18 hour fast from now. Will have black coffee no sugar in the morning.

Got back to the gym today. Felt tired and weak

Fasted until 5.30. Lots of the usual. Probably more than I needed but no sugar so that’s a win.
Kids back in school tomorrow so hopefully will be easier now routine is back.

I forgot I was fasting and had another cup of tea! Milk but no sugar. Will fast until about 1pm tomorrow but will be shorter now due to the tea.

Going to bed slightly hungry.

You're doing a fab job of not letting the scales go too high @Smartmove - must have a good balance going between the week and weekends.

I didn't weigh again today which I'm pleased about, might even try to wait until Friday and get into a routine of once per week weighing. It's weird not knowing how what I did yesterday may affect the scales today.

The fast is not happening though, I really fancied milk and a sugar in my coffee this morning so went for it. Food will be lunch around 1pm and dinner around 6ish.

I might try to fast properly from Wednesday evening into Thursday.

@hollyblueivy ive been fairly good at weekends . Only allowing myself 1 meal off plan rather than whole weekend or even day. And I’ve upped my cals (1400 average) which means I overeat less when I do go off plan

however I’ve not massively gone down to 900 cals coz I want this off asap ! Hope doesn’t backfire it’s just for 2 weeks and includes this weekend

Ending on 1050 managed a 20 min HIT and a 15 min swim.
hope the scales show a 10.4 something tmrw!!!! If not the day after 🙃

You're doing well to be low calorie and working out, hope the scales are kind to you.

I'm ending on around 1300 calories same as yesterday although it's slightly less on the protein and fibre compared to yesterday.

No workout today and around 7k steps. Steps also similar to yesterday.

Finishing my day on 791!

hurt my knee at the weekend (bloody go karting!) and had to miss yesterdays work out and then only did a light one today!

Ok day here, although didn’t get up for my run. Fasted until 6pm. Not sure when I’ll weigh. Maybe Thursday. I quite like not weighing too @hollyblueivy . I think there are less mind games with it all.

I think you all do so great with how low cal you do. I think I creep up to about 1800 on a good day. And when I haven’t run that amount won’t get me a loss. I think I need to work on that!

I’m not always sure lower cals is that good for you. Just I’m either eating none stop/ 2500 cals or very low cals. Very disordered to be honest. Always has been.

You’re probably hungrier because you jog. I’m always ravenous on my Sunday run day!

I’m away this weekend so will try to stick to 2000ish. Maybe give myself a reset!

I think for me doing 1300 ish is quite achievable and doable. But I’ve gone into mode “this needs to come off” asap so giving myself 2 weeks of 1000….
@Bubbles44 running is exhausting u def need those cals.

Don’t think ill be 10.4 as soon as tmrw as never been that weight in over 12 years and been 10.5 on and off this month but something in the 4s be great. Even 10.4.9 haha!

Cardio / legs class this morning
Busy and stressy day at work

Breakfast - PB porridge and banana / bagel
Lunch - sausages. Greek yoghurt and protein
Tea ham and cheese wrap
Snacks nuts

Avoided more bagels, ice cream, chocolate and crisp!

Yay for you @Smartmove ! Your hard work and commitment is paying off. You'll get that final pound off and can finally turn to maintenance. That's where I want to be!!

I couldn't resist stepping on the scales this morning and was 10:12:1 - that's 1.5lb off since I last weighed on Sunday so pleased with that - also probably the lowest I've been in about two weeks.

I won't weigh tomorrow and will weigh on Friday to set my goal for the week but definitely feel like I can wean myself off the daily weigh and think I could be more successful with that approach.

I aim to workout today it whether it happens once all the other things are done will be another matter.

Run done. Fast until 4.Will weigh tomorrow to gage where I am. No idea if it’ll be good or bad! Holiday might have caught up. We’ll see!

Ahh you ladies are inspirational! According to BMI I’ve still got about 4.5 stone to go!!! Realistically I’m aiming for 2.3 though…
