I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

10.1 thought it would be higher with all the sugar I’ve been eating, so happy with that for a Monday. Not sure how much running I’ll get done this week with the freezing weather. But hopefully a couple!

I had to weigh this morning as I feel so bloated I needed to see what the damage was. 11:3:00.

It's definitely much much harder to get off than it is to put it on! I want to be 10:13 by Friday, really want to be back in the 10's!

Well done @Bubbles44 that's a good weigh for the post weekend.

@Everythingaches How long have you had your PT? What kind of workout do you do with them?

@hollyblueivy i hear u! Feeling mega bloated here too. This weekend didn’t go to plan - but I had guests over and lots of drink and food around the place. I wish I had been disciplined but I wasn’t 😬

I didn’t weigh glad I didn’t. Well wait for Friday - think I’ll STS if I stay on plan as I can feel the bloat! The cold is making me not want to excercise and eat and drink !!!!

Today i had Greek yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, homemade veggie soup for lunch and homemade chicken curry and rice for tea.
my personal trainer mainly makes me lift very heavy things!

Good day yesterday. Weighed this morning and same as yesterday. It’s going to be hard to get much of a drop this week without running. Not worth falling on the ice though!

The cold weather is def not helpful in motivating me to excercise

cod and broccoli dinner

I started every time I want something to snack on or sugar I have a herbal tea and if at end of that tea I still want it I allow myself to have it. It worked yest! Will try again today as I want something sweet post dinner most days

Ended up out and having a huge brunch
going to gym which wasn’t in plan and try fast except for milk in coffee rest of day as pretty sure that was 1000 cals!

Good long fast. Think I’ve eaten quite a lot since I’ve been home. All healthy though, last cup of tea before i close! Determined to run in the morning.

It’s not but thank you. Had my car broken into at work today and that’s led me to eating a lot of chocolate, now feeling thoroughly fed up.

I can tell I’m still up today from last week. Got a 900 day planned. And long gym work out but I can not be bothered but I have to do it!

I've been trying this week with a few minor slip ups. Done two gym workouts which I also didn't want to do, the weather is making it much harder to be motivated I think! I made myself go anyway just for half an hour rather than really pushing it and happy with that. Will try to do the same today. I'm focusing more on cardio than weights at the moment as I'm hoping that will help with the fat burn but no idea how much impact it will really have!

This will be my third day of soup for lunch. Easier as it's nice to have a warm lunch but still putting some bread with it.

Chicken with Singapore noodles today for dinner.

Need to avoid any sweet treats today and tomorrow!

Thank you, yesterday I just got on with sorting all the practicalities of it but when I went to bed I was quite upset. I’m 147lb today oh dear. I must not reach for the sugar when I need comfort! I’m pre diabetic and I need to manage it better.

Don’t be hard on yourself @Everythingaches . It’s hard to change these ingrained habits we all have .slow and steady progress :)

if i stick to 950 today and tmrw my average is 1400 for the week and 70g carbs last week it was 1250 for the week and lower carbs so i def won’t loose this week !!!! Im going to aim for 2 off next Friday….a bit fed up! Want to enter maintence!

Excuse my ignorance but I didn't realise you could be pre diabetic at around 10 stone in weight. Is it more to do with sugars rather than how heavy you are?

@hollyblueivy i think if you were short and ten stone you would be overweight and have more fat and more likely to have issues relating to the fat you store like diabetes? But @Everythingaches can enlighten us!

Diabetes and pre diabetes can be nothing to do with weight. It’s to do with blood sugars and how you process sugar.

That's really interesting thanks for sharing that. I had my blood sugars tested as part of a general health checkup. I'll have to find the results to see what they were.

10 this morning. I did get up at 5am for a run but was too icy so had to abandon.
frustrating but don’t want to risk injury. Good day today. I did have some Jamie dodgers (don’t even like them) but needed something sweet with my last cup of tea. Didn’t feel the need to have loads more so win!

@Everythingaches hope you’ve had a better day today. On gins podcast I’ve heard lots of positive stories about fasting help reverse diabetes. hopefully when you get in the swing of your fasting windows it will help!

Only one is a fab achievement well done @Bubbles44 !!! It’s way too cold to run outside! Can u do some HIT classes indoors instead - I do CG resistance training but she does HIT too?

today been ok. 1100 cals and still hungry but pushing through! Really don’t think I’ll loose this week but I’ll just push it to next week. I am going for afternoon tea on sat though !!! Did my workout today

tmrw another workout and 1000 cals

weight feiday ! Hope I’ve not gained :/

gym ✔️ I’m ready to move up in weights which is a good accomplishment:) so I’m getting stronger for sure

900 today and weigh tmrw. Pretty sure I’ve gained a bit my tummy is looking huge!

this last 2 pounds will kill me!!!!
