I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

It’s so hard @Bubbles44 . I’ve kept an average of about 1300 this week my nutrcheck tells me
and I’ve worked out

monday and wed

so really I should have dropped something. Nervous for tmrw! What. A loser!!
been good today except a little too much dark choc prob.

I think I will weigh too. I think I’ll be 10.2. Had 2 days at the beginning of the week where I had so much chocolate. I’ve had a good couple of days which I’ll take into the weekend. I’m finding it hard. Keep craving sugar.

Probably about what I expected and not enough to scare me into starting now, so will see the weekend out and ease myself in for a week from Monday and go proper the following Monday for a good month or so before Christmas.

Feeling pretty rubbish today, like can't be bothered to move kind of rubbish. I'm sure the lack of working out and nutrition with probably too much alcohol is the culprit. It will be interesting come Monday how quickly these feelings change. I'm not going all in as I expect it will be hard so thinking of next week as a transition week. Definitely getting closer to being ready to revert back to the health and diet ways.

The weekend has been though at families. Lots of baked goodies. No alcohol has been consumed but a lot of food! I have gymmed today and will tmrw. Will continue to not weigh till Monday and hope for 10.2

I am going to weigh on Monday just as my starting weight and then will join you on the Friday only weigh. I'm hoping that this absence from weighing will help me to not weigh in between. It's been easy as I haven't wanted to see the number in the scale but I don't know if that will still be the case when I'm trying to lose. I am looking forward to just weighing weekly though and I think it will be worthwhile to change from daily.

Who do we have here now for the lead up to Christmas is it just @Smartmove and @Bubbles44

Is anyone else still there in the background?

I am so ready to get back on it tomorrow.

We still have some sweet treats to get through during the week so it won't be perfect, but it will be much better than recent weeks.

AIM will be to get to around the 10:9:0 mark which is probably my average weigh this year.

God where has the year gone! Crazy

I’ve come down with a cold which explains why I felt too tired to gym today. Will have to skip a few days till I feel able to. So food will special attention. Def have some weekend bloat on me can feel it!

Hope you get to 10.2 this Friday @Smartmove. is that the lowest you will have been? Hope the cold doesn’t derail you.

mixed here. Bad yesterday and good today. Want a really good week. Since August I just haven’t been fully on it. Need to get it back. This is the week! Not sure when I’ll weigh. Maybe Wednesday at the earliest! Done some meal prep so im hoping to be organised and not make any silly choices!

@Bubbles44 i was 10 stone about 15 years ago! But that lasted not very long !!!! So yes 10.2 will be the lowest I’ve been in a very long time.

trousers tight today from weekend! Planning a really good week and def pleased not weighing as puts me in a bad mood I over restrict and then binge!

im manging to skip brekkie with some milky coffees which isn’t really a clean fast but less calories and have halloumi veg bake for lunch planned and a chicken veg harrisa bake for dinner

i had hoped for gym today but still feeling quite rubbish!

I'm all over the place this week trying to find my feet again. Bloody just bought a GU dessert as it was reduced and I couldn't leave it on the shelf!

Shows my motivation and discipline needs work!

Did a walk today and yesterday but will try proper gym workout tomorrow.

Well done ladies for keeping going.

@Smartmove That's kinds of what I do with a fast. Allow a coffee or two to stop breakfast consumption.

I allowed myself a bowl of porridge today at 11 as fanicied it and was starving! So I won’t do that again!!!!
ended up having my tea at 3pm - how ridiculous but I’m actually not hungry and might just try do a longer fast . Another 1000 cal day but no work out

plan tmrw
yoghurt and berries (will need this after not eating for ages)
halloumi veg bake and some nuts
chicken tray bake again for dinner

will do a 20 min Caroline girvan arms / abdo work out and then 20 mins pelaton so a big session (40 mins is a lot for me!) think my cold should be better tmrw. Next gym sessions are sat and Sunday

Good day here. Not sure about weigh in tomorrow yet! Feel a bit nervous as feel bloated still. See how I feel in the morning.

yes still doing one (massive) meal a day, 4 days a week. I can eat quite a lot in a short time! I find it fine when busy and out of the house. Impossible when I’m home. Maybe I should work 7 days a week!!

Managed gym today did 20 mins weights on arms and abs . Then I did 15 min pelaton but wasn’t really felling very energetic so wasn’t my best but least I did it. Working out 3 times a week seems like totally manageable and I think will be vital in getting these last few pounds off

shouod be in at 1100 today . May weigh tmrw am instead of Friday as I’m out tmrw night and though planning to be good the salt etc may not reflect if I’ve lost anything

if im honest I think I’ve STS as the weekend I was too lax. I think I need to be super good at weekends to continue to loose - let’s see! If STS I’m ok with that just hope not a gain!

Decided I’ll weigh sat instead as think tmrw I’ll be annoyed ! And need Friday to help my motivation!

I managed to gym this am and coz of long fast have been starving ! stuck to plan plus some dark choc and noodles ! so a bit of a carb heavy day and prob 1300 cals. But it’s still a deficit. think my body was calling for them!

Good idea about weighing Saturday @Smartmove . Keep you on track over the next couple of days. You’re on a really good run of it!

I weighed this morning was 10. Need a good weekend and hopefully back in the 9’s comfortably. Really need to cut the sugar. Have a dc birthday this weekend so it’s a real test. Not sure how I’ll play it.
Would like to weigh in on Wednesdays and Fridays. Hope I can stick to that!
