Right so I got down to 13 stone 3 last year, and now am 14 stone 5. So annoyed with myself.

I am away on a holiday 24th April and want to lose a stone in 4 weeks through Fast800. I know I can do it but need that kick up the bum to start.

So am going to weigh in and post everyday for 4 weeks.

CW: 14 stone 5
GW: 13stone 5

Today I will have -
Black coffee x 2
1 cup of Bovril - 22 calories
1 Babybel - 50 calories
1:30pm - 2 eggs 2 slices bacon = 240 calories
Prawn curry, cauliflower rice, green bean, broccoli and cauli = 500 calories

And we're off!

So today ended up being…

fage / berries
stuffed pepper
roast chicken breast and mozzarella salad

snacks:
strawberries and 70% choc square

0% gin with light fever tree plus water / tea / coffee

stunned to see this was 1400 cals and only managed 5000 steps.

Am shocking myself with how many cals I must put away when I don’t track like this. No wonder the scales are where they are!

Have got friends coming for bbq tomorrow- will need to be VERY strong!

Morning Ladies

So a nice 2.5lbs reduction this week and 1/2 stone to my interim goal to be 12:02 by 12th May.

Having an easier day today as have a gathering for BILs birthday and going into town with my DD. If the scales stay the same on Monday I'll be happy!

Plan for day.
Day off exercise but aiming to get to 8k steps
Calories may well go over but not aiming to be crazy.
Aiming to get fully back on track tomorrow.
Next weigh in Monday.

I weighed myself before leaving for work this morning and I've put on weight! I'm back to my starting weight and if anything slightly more. Ffs!

I've been really careful this week apart from one dinner out. What's all that about? It's really dispiriting!

@Resisterance i find that when I eat out the salt content of restaurant food can add pounds and linger for 3-4 days…it’s just the water weight. I bet you see a loss in the next week.

Argh I am so desperate to get below 14.3 - I feel like the scales are mocking me!

Today I need to be really careful as some of my best friends are coming over for a Barbie and the fizz will be flowing.

I will be preparing loads of salads and crudités so I snack on those instead of crisps. Then I will do roasted veg skewers and have a chicken skewer and leave the burgers / sausages to everyone else.

@Whatonearth2021 - it really does help to write it all down doesnt it. I was shocked yesterday as I really thought I had only eaten 800 cals, then totalled it up to over 1000.

Weigh in today -

13/4 13st 8

So I have lost those weird 2lbs I put on yesterday thankfully. Like you @Resisterance it is so unfair/ annoying when they come out of nowhere 😡but our bodies love to cling on to every blooming thing don't they.

Plan for today -

Well I have already broken my fast and had a keto cookie that I made yesterday, but tbh had planned that as I am working all day and wanted a little treat.

So will have ham/cheese mid pm and will do a kind of stirfry as have cabbage/spring onions/ mushrooms/carrots to use up with chicken later.

A bit of Fage/strawbs/seeds should see me through tonight.

And as many steps as I can do after work. Aiming for 7k today.

Still stuck at 14st 5

Calories have been about 1200 per day this last week so I must make a concerted effort to get that down. Today's calories are higher, will be around 1500. Dammit.

Today I have had

2 homemade keto cookies - counting them at 125 each. 250
2 Chicken legs and stirfry 450
Milk 20
100g Fage/ Flaxseed/ strawberries 200
3 x black coffees, 3litres of juice

Total - 920

Feel a bit "bloaty" tonight, have a feeling I shouldn't have had that 2nd cookie 😂 but have done more steps than I thought I would, 10k so am pleased with that.

Thank you! That's helpful to know. Felt bit rubbish about it today but had to walk loads for work today so hopefully that will help. Just got to keep going.

Bit wrong footed by going up in size but at the same time my stomach is definitely shrinking in terms of how much I can eat in one go which means automatic portion size reduction so can't be all bad

So I am pleased with myself after the Barbie yesterday - I had a wagyu burger without bread, halloumi and veg. I did succumbed to a glass of wine - but hey!

I ignored crisps, sausages, various chocolates / cakes and ice cream. In my head my virtue deserves a loss today but sadly that wasn’t to be 😅

Really want to crack this 14.3 which is the lowest I’ve been all year so am aiming to be super strict today.

Flourless pancakes with Greek yogurt and berries
chicken and veg / salad

Will go for long walk to get the steps in.

I managed to stick to 800 yesterday despite a lunch out (although the food wasn’t exactly amazing). Lots of walking though!

Today I have another lunch out but I’m probably going to be more relaxed as it’s a really nice rest. We will see. Maybe it could be OMAD?

The sunshine is out so I’m planning a long walk later and making my plans for the gym and runs next week. Monday will be the start of week 2 for me and at the moment I’m 5.5lb down which makes me happy.

Afternoon ladies. So yesterday I had a day off exercising but got 10k steps in.
Also had a family gathering that I ate more than I would usually but no where near as much as if I hadn't been trying to lose some weight. Also gave the pickamix at the cinema a wide berth unlike usually!

I did weigh in today out of curiosity and stayed the same so will take that.

Plan for today
Dog walk and week 3 of couch to 10k run.
1000 calories
Fasting outside of 11am to 7pm.

Target for the week is to weigh in at 12:8

So
The bad news - pretty sure I have gone waaaaaay over 800 cals
The good news - most of it has been keto

Today I have had -

3 x slices of keto toast, one with Peanut Butter

A pan of chicken thighs, bacon, cheese and prawns. (It was meant to be Hunters chicken, but I was too hungry to wait, so just chucked it the pan and added prawns for extra protein)
Some BBQ sauce.
Peas and cauli
Cauli rice

Strawberries.

Probably about 1200 realistically. 12k steps done.

Will see tomorrow how it has affected my weight.

Was quite chuffed today though as I put on a pair of size 14 trousers that when I started were too tight across the tum. Today they fitted! Non-scale victory 😀

Hey, OK.. so this weekend I've gone completely off piste and pretty sure I've gained back a lb or so.. Will weigh-in tomorrow and reset...

Well done kn those trousers @FastingPhilly.. the none scales wind are as important as the scale ones!!

Today I went out for a family birthday and didn’t stick to plan (1377 calories in total today so almost double). It was worth it. I did over 11000 steps and had a swim in the sea (more of a Bob so not counting as exercise).

I would like to reach my first mini target by this time next week.
Gym first thing tomorrow and hopefully a longer fast as finished eating for the day by 3pm today.

Should be able to follow my eating plan this week and need to as away with work next week for 3 days.

Today's plan
800-1000 calories
Avocado/tomato/eggs/salad
Cashew nuts
Fage/banana/blueberries

Eat between noon and 8pm
C210k week 3

I've been lurking with intentions of starting soon but with loads of excuses so I'm just going to bite the bullet today and do something as I'm just putting more and more weight on and hope this will give me a bit of accountability
