Right so I got down to 13 stone 3 last year, and now am 14 stone 5. So annoyed with myself.

I am away on a holiday 24th April and want to lose a stone in 4 weeks through Fast800. I know I can do it but need that kick up the bum to start.

So am going to weigh in and post everyday for 4 weeks.

CW: 14 stone 5
GW: 13stone 5

Today I will have -
Black coffee x 2
1 cup of Bovril - 22 calories
1 Babybel - 50 calories
1:30pm - 2 eggs 2 slices bacon = 240 calories
Prawn curry, cauliflower rice, green bean, broccoli and cauli = 500 calories

And we're off!

This is just a blip.

My goal for the day is to move more. I’ve only been able to get to the gym once this week so I’m thinking maybe a walk with the dogs and maybe an online class after work.

The pancake recipe:

whisk together 2 eggs, scoop of vanilla protein powder, 150g fage 5% yoghurt (assume you can use any - this is what I have). Cook in spray of olive oil like a pancake. Top with more yoghurt and some frozen berries warmed in microwave so they are all runny. Honestly it’s so yum. And I got the recipe by asking chat GPT “flourless pancakes that are high in protein”!!

@Whatonearth2021 before I went down to a 1000 I was trying to keep around 1400 and then maybe relaxed a bit at the weekend and the scales did not budge in fact I even went up so I had to try something more radical to to get things moving.

So stayed the same today 12:6.6 but hopefully looking on track to get to 12:2 by 12th May.

Plan for today
Dog walk
1000 calories
Eating between 11 and 7
Taking it a bit easier today as some aches from the hiit class yesterday that I hope ease off by tomorrow.

Another half a pound of so 10lb in total so far and only another 4 to my first milestone.

I’m taking progress photos and measurements today so it will be interesting to see if I look different because I can’t see anything at the moment.

No gym today but hoping to ramp up the step count, stick to my calories and water.

Good morning all! I hope you are all having a lovely sunny Saturday, a great day for a walk I am hoping -

Well I have been keeping to keto, averaging 10- 11k steps a day, drinking that water and.... my weight is still going up. Gutted.

Up to 13st 12 today.

Really hoped I would have hit the stone by this weekend. But anyway, will keep trying. My body obviously is just wanting to keep every pound it can 😂

Hi All. Sorry to hear you are not where you wanted to be @FastingPhilly. Do you plan to keep going after your holiday as well?

So today my scales couldn't decide if I was 12:6:6 still or 12:6 so I am taking the later 😅

Tricky week coming up as away for work for 3 days and a family birthday. Will take a stay the same week for sure. The last work trip saw 3lbs go on.

Plan for today:
Day 10 of C210k- done
Shopping with daughters
Around 1000 calories

Still here! My little one hasn't been well for the last week and a half so finding it tough to keep in top of everything! Will weigh in tomorrow in the hope that it's not too horrendous and go from there...

@FastingPhilly how frustrating! Are you still doing fast800?
Are you sleeping well or particularly stressed? Do you eat salty food? (You’ve probably thought of all of this but sometimes a few heads are needed!)

I really enjoyed the sunshine yesterday, I got so much done because the sun just perks me up.

I’ve lost another half a pound which isn’t much but if that’s what we are doing that’s fine.

Thanks so much everyone for your support and the food/exercise plans these last few weeks!
Even though I didnt lose the stone, I know there have been a few times that posting on here has kept me focused and the 8/9lbs lost I am still really happy about. Hopefully the holiday wont ruin it all 😂as I will be back on it next month when I roll come back x

Edit - sorry forgot to say well done on everyone's losses too, they have been brilliant to read 🎉

Maintained my 8st 9, sticking generally to exercise plan and simple 3 meals a day. But we're being taken out for a special team lunch at work today by the company, which I'm really looking forward to as I've not been there long. I've ordered soup and steak, salad and chips but decided to forgo dessert. Going to try not to eat all the chips and got up early to exercise before I go to work. And have asked DH just to just make me some steamed veg for dinner, it's his cooking night as Wednesday is my office day.

Back from my work trip and the inevitable weight gain! Hoping I can shift it quick. I was back on the plan yesterday and went to a hiit class too.

Target by May 12: 12:2

Also go two family meals out coming up so have my work cut out!

Mid term goal 12:2 by 12th May

It's looking really tricky as lots of events that involve eating more than usual coming up!

Still today isn't one of those so aiming for the usual 1000 calories, gym this evening.

Same here, although the gym is my rebounder in my home office. I do 1/2 an hour in the morning before breakfast. By the end of the day I'm too tired.

Forgot to weigh this morning, but was 8 stone 8 the past few days, down from 8 stone 9 last week. Really hoping to make it to 8 stone 7 by the end of the week.

No rush, take it slowly. I'm aiming for better long term eating habits, not just dieting to lose weight, so it will take as long as it takes. I really want to get to 8 stone, but I don't know how achievable it will be. But this attempt at losing weight has gone better than anything I've done for a number of years when I never made it below 9 stone.

Finally got below my pre work trip weight, took a week in the end.

SW 13:2
CW 12:4.4
Interim goal 12:2

Day off gym/c210k today, walking 2.5m to work though so will get a good 10k steps in by the end of today.

Really starting to look ahead now and plan for my next goal. Overall I'm aiming to get down to about 11:2 which takes me into the healthy weight range for 5'7.
