Right so I got down to 13 stone 3 last year, and now am 14 stone 5. So annoyed with myself.

I am away on a holiday 24th April and want to lose a stone in 4 weeks through Fast800. I know I can do it but need that kick up the bum to start.

So am going to weigh in and post everyday for 4 weeks.

CW: 14 stone 5
GW: 13stone 5

Today I will have -
Black coffee x 2
1 cup of Bovril - 22 calories
1 Babybel - 50 calories
1:30pm - 2 eggs 2 slices bacon = 240 calories
Prawn curry, cauliflower rice, green bean, broccoli and cauli = 500 calories

And we're off!

Morning all!

SW: 14.7.8
CW: 14.5.0

Yesterday was a bit of a challenge. Went to pub with dad and fiancé - I had lime soda and a starter of felafel and hummus with pickled veg whilst they noshed down cheese burgers, chips and beer in front of me. But I think my dish was quite salty and carby so probably impacted me.

Today I want to push hard to keep momentum up.

  • Fage / berries/ nuts
  • Same salad as yesterday
  • Bolognese with veg tonight (leave pasta for the kids!)

Will try to keep to 1000 cals. Exercise is still an issue due to work. But I need to find a way around that.

so no loss, but good to know my little extra lasanga filled tummy didnt put any weight on!

Today's plan -
Black coffee this morning, fasting till 3ish.

150 cals of cheese
Keto lasanga and a huge MN stylee salad
Fage, berries and seeds

Lots of weak juice and may throw a bovril in there somewhere - well, you've got to live a little 🙃🙃

10k steps today I hope.

Well done @Whatonearth2021 not giving into the pub food temptation! That is brilliant, not sure I have your self-control so am steering clear atm 😁

But I just keep thinking to myself that it isnt "not ever", it's just "not yet" and that is helping.

We seem to have very similar food options #fagelove 😂

My scales are showing I've lost 2 lbs so far which is great but I feel really lardy at the mo despite that.

I'm going to skip breakfast today and have miso soup for lunch as going out for a curry this eve with friends and that will scoop up all the calories I imagine!

I'm finding miso soup really helpful as a lunch as its convincing my brain I'm eating and is nutritious but low in calories. Also feels warming given the ongoing rubbish weather!

Is anyone drinking alcohol and trying to lose weight? Is this possible? I've got a dinner tonight and wondering how to approach it or see it as a one off as not going out for the rest of the week.

@Resisterance I’ve thought about this but realised in my case drinking also gives me the munchies - so am steering clear until I hit a half stone goal then allowing myself a celebration!

I was going to have fage/berries/seeds but am quite full so am happy to leave it at that today.

Target for end of this month - 11st (could I do more?!)

Today:

Breakfast: 1 mug of tea with 1/2 sugar

Lunch:
Small bowl of miso soup
Homemade mackerel & dill on small piece of brown bread, a carrot, 10 chocolate peanuts.
cup of tea with half a sugar and milk

Dinner:
This was a biggie - fish thali out at dinner with friends (my stomach has just shrunk this week so it was too much really) and 2 small bottles of lager.

Exercise:
Cycled to the other side of town for an appointment this morning and back so that's about 4 miles.

Walked to work and back too.

My belt has gone up one notch!

Morning ladies

Congrats to everyone working on their weight loss goals, this thread is really helping me keep on track and accountable.

So after a small gain yesterday I am pleased to report a small whoosh!

SW 13:2
CW 12:10 (down 1.2lbs)

So 4 weeks and 8lbs to go to interim target at 12:2. Looking ambitious as a few curve balls along the way but am aiming to get at least close!

Plan for today
Dog walk
Avocado/egg salad
Protein yoghurt

Fage and fruits
25g nuts
Lots coffee

HIIT class.

@FastingPhilly -the sponsored walk meant the go fund me is at around 80% of its target to get the health treatment needed. Which is fantastic.

Morning ladies,

So yesterday went OKish.... (was a london office day which is always a little more challenging)

Porridge from pure for brekkie
Salad from Tossed for lunch
Roll and crisps at Waterloo for dinner (where I went wrong)
Plus a couple of chunks of dairy milk (also went wrong)

Plus 2 Coffees, many pints of water and a Kombucha

Oh! Ans hit my 10k steps.. which I normally do when in London with work!

But weight heading in right direction...

SW 9/4/24: 13.9.8
CW 12/4/24 13.6.8
Target weight 10st4

So 3lbs in 3 days. A lot has to be water, but its a good start. Out for dinner tonight and tomorrow... so solid fast then late light lunch today and again tomorrow...

And YAY!! Its Friday!!! :)

Well, bit of a low one today from me!

Leapt on the scales thinking yesterday's 10k steps and 700 cals would've moved things in the right direction...no. Have gained 2lbs from somewhere 🙄bit of a shocker!

So I must be carrying extra water as unless I am doing a midnight fridge raid that I don't know about, it can't be anything else. Maybe it was my Fage-less day yesterday? I will rectify that one today!

Don't be discouraged @FastingPhilly.. weight loss is never linear... ive had weeks with no movement and then suddenly a big drop. I do find that sometimes I need a carb day for my body to let go.. its weird! Ans you know that 2lbs is definitely fluid retention (for whatever reason... could it be time of month related? I always carry more water at "that time"...

Anyway.. have a fab day, and Happy FriYAY 😊

Any kind of gain is usually one of my triggers to sabotage my weight loss, but I am determined not to let it this time!

Morning all,

SW: 14.7.9
CW: 14.3.9

Yesterday was ok except I fell to temptation when my son offered me one of his Lindors! My biggest issue right now is that I’m changed to my desk and doing virtually no steps…need to get that sorted for sure.

The lowest I’ve been this year is 14.3.5 so I have a bit of a mental hurdle at this point. I’m so desperate to get below that and then of course to break the stone barrier for the first time since Sep. So fingers crossed that will happen in a few days.

Plan for today:

  • Pepper stuffed with bolognese topped with cheddar (left over from last night)
  • Chicken salad
  • More than 7k steps!

Tbf @Whatonearth2021 I do feel Lindor should be universally banned, it is so addictive 😂so if you only had the one, you are to be lauded! I dare not even start...

Shouldn't have drunk beer yesterday.. tired and unfocused today and just want to eat ALL the cake...

Today's haul was

100g Fage 100
100g frozen berries 44
Seeds 100

Keto lasagna 350
1/2 burger 225 (Only just realised it was that much-not worth it!)
1 Finest sausage 150
Salad 50

Total 1019

4 black coffees and loads of weak juice

The burger was mainly protein, but 225 for half is ridiculous😩that will teach me to check the cals before I have it.

11k steps today

I fell off the wagon but restarted on the 8th.

Dislaimer- I am very short and not no, I know that technically I am not overweight but it’s all on my tummy and I want to reset my diet. (Before people come at me 😂).

SW: 129.5lbs
CW: 125 lbs

I haven’t really felt hungry and have definitely noticed that I eat out of boredom.
