I know! I wish I could have one slice of cake and really enjoy it but instead I ruin it and eat too much and then feel guilty and sick! Rubbish!
I really want to be checking in tomorrow evening saying I stayed strong and feel good.

@Smartmove yes. It’s like the more weight i lose the more flaws I see. Maybe we a trying so hard we expect perfection. Nice when clothes fit nicely. I enjoy that part!

@TooExtraImmatureCheddar 2.5 is great! Great start. Hopefully fast loss for a few weeks before the inevitable plateau!!

@hollyblueivy hope all has gone to plan and you get a well deserved surprise on the scale tomorrow.

All good here. 24 hour fast. Nothing bad eaten. Been a good week. Just need to not let it go!

10.10 today. This is not going to fall off is it! If I can get back to 10.5 by next Friday (surely some is water) I’ll be happy!

We've made it to the end of another week, are we ready to face another weekend?!

10:11:9 for me today. Ever so slowly slowly chipping away at it.

I'll set my goal for this time next Friday as 10:10 - for about the third week running! But I feel like it is manageable and achievable if I set my mind to it.

I did have a cake and some garlic bread yesterday so was pleased to see a slight drop.

I've only exercised once this week so will do some today and tomorrow.

Not sure whether to have an alcohol free weekend or limit myself to three drinks.

9.11. Had a really bad nights sleep. Can’t let tiredness drag me down! Ideally fast until 4 to counteract tonight although I struggle on Fridays as I’m at home so I’ll probably break by 11. Then need to stay focused tonight!

@Smartmove a good weekend and next week and you’ll be back down there! Keep going!

@hollyblueivy sounds good and chipping away is the best way. 10.10 next week I’m sure.

No idea the best way to approach weekends. To plan/allow treats so don’t feel deprived or just stick to the week day plan of no treats and hope for the best!

Last last weekend @Bubbles44 i went for dinner and had only one glass wine and half icecream. And I had a big drop last week and didn’t feel deprived
i think the key is then stopping there. Obv whilst away it’s hard to have that resolve every single day which is what happened last weekend away. I began well and then lost the plot by the end!

af came today so explains some of my struggle. Broken fast with yoghurt and strawberries

ended day with a tiny slice of pizza but am still in 1000 cals with it so going to not feel bad over it

tmrw needs serious planning given I’m out for dinner and drinks

not weighing tmrw as will have some serious DOMS and will irritate me

Window closed! Hasn’t been the best, but could have been worse. Did have cake and ice cream and some chocolates but meal out was salad and no carbs and just water. Will do 10k in the morning and no sugar tomorrow. Will probably not weigh until Monday if I can help it! Don’t feel bad as I knew it would be hard to avoid. There is no reason to eat sugar tomorrow.

Well done @Smartmove for the work out and having a good day on a Friday. I’m sure you can figure out tomorrow, not be deprived but not go crazy like you said.

@hollyblueivy enjoy the take away. Got to make the most of treats when we have them.

I’ve decided no bread and no pudding at dinner tmrw (will get a coffee instead) and will order a bottle of water so I drink it inbetween my wine (I feel like if u have paid for water I’m more like to actually drink it over my wine LOL)

Woke up feeling so full. Not being hard on myself as it was dc birthday and it was lovely. 2 days of the weekend to be on it now. Going to be really mindful and healthy! 2runs and walking. Will weigh in on Monday. Need to stay motivated for that!

@Bubbles44 Sounds like a good birthday was had and isn't it great when we allow ourselves treats and not feel guilty about it. Enjoy your runs this weekend. The weather is glorious here, I may try to get a run in myself at some point.

10:11:9 again for me today and wondering if I've managed to get away with that takeaway last night. Also had a mini magnum for pudding.

Now having a bacon roll for breakfast but will either skip lunch or eat light to balance out.

Am 10.9 today so it’s slowing coming off…

am going to eat very very light today and enjoy dinner (with no pudding and no bread!) I keep telling myself this. I would like to maintain for tmrw and get back to 10.5 by mid/twds end of next week . No plans next weekend so should continue to see those scales drop. I really want to do it and am back in zone!

I can’t really walk! Was a good session ! Will do some excercise at home tmrw

An ok day here! Over 20k steps. Broke fast at 1pm with nuts, seeds, berries and dark chocolate. Didn’t eat then until 6.30pm. But I had a big slice of cake instead of dinner. Calorie wise probably ok but just so much sugar I didn’t need. Just being greedy. Was tasty though. Had a bit of Greek yogurt and done.

@Smartmove hope your dinner is going well and you stick to your plan.

@hollyblueivy yes so lovely running in this. Such a nice feeling being out in the sunshine first thing, hope you manage to get out!

Half a bottle of wine

Scales will go up tomorrow.

Going to bed feeling more than full.

Was ok yest. I did drink too much - over half a bottle of wine. But I didn’t have pudding and I didn’t have bread. Feeling a bit ugh today from the wine.

I did 8 thousand steps and a short pelaton ride yest so that’s good…will weigh tmrw.

am totally free for 14 days no so hopefully get a good loss in the next few days!

10:13:00 a pound on from yesterday and well deserved too.

Weekend is out of my system and focus now is to get the 10:10:00 by next Friday - 3lb off from today.

Plan
No breakfast - maybe a latte (sachet not shop)
Light lunch - maybe eggs
Roast with loads of veg
Plenty water
Exercise likely to be just a walk today for my third bit of fitness this week.

Not weighted today. Not feeling hopeful about tomorrow. Predict 9.13. We’ll see. Nothing social for the next 2 weekends and nothing on really until holiday. It’s all down to my own willpower! Only managed 5K today. Should be a good day food wise. But not really kept to my word the last couple of days so we’ll see what I’m reporting later!

@Smartmove Glad meal was nice. Sounds like you did well. Imagine if you weren’t even trying how much more you would have had! Hope you feel ok today and have a good one.

will do a 30 min pelaton ride soon.

end on 1100 cals hoping to be 10.9 tmrw as prob was higher today after all that wine. Really want to be 10.5 again by end of week but worried it’s going to take forever and was some freak week I had where I dropped so much! The key was to be good every single day.

Stuck to plan…but had half a brownie which I measured and caloried up. Which was a bit unnecessary tbh I wasn’t even hungry but it was staring at me.

ending on 1200 and 50g carbs (better to be lower on the carbs for me to make a quick dent but had brownie!)

not many steps today as sitting at work all day.
fasting starting now. So tmrw will start at 9am so 16 hours fast.
hoping 10.9 at least tmrw
