9.12 today maintained after weekend away, happy with that. Although I’ve eaten a lot today. Nothing bad just feels like a lot as Ive had a long window. I’ve closed now. 3 long fasts for the next 3 days. Hopefully by Friday I can get below 9.12.

Another day of food. No alcohol but lots of food.

Feel boated and expect gain tomorrow.

Down to business tomorrow, still thinking whether or not to weigh everyday this week or just tomorrow and then wait 5-7 days.

Hi all, hope you all had a good bank holiday weekend. I wasn't away but have had a lovely few days and enjoyed some socialising.

11:0:5 for me today. Back to square one from last week and goal to get to 10:10 is the same also.

I want to not weigh for a bit after today, but not sure when to set as a day to step back on the scales.

Usual plan for the week with lunch and dinner, focus on protein and three workouts. Need to get better at drinking water.

What are your plans and goals for the week?

9.13 Today. Long window and lots of food yesterday pushed it up. Nothing unhealthy though so hopefully that’ll help. On holiday in 3 weeks! Would like to get a bit lower before then. Feel like my body likes this weight. I think I would if I hadn’t got lower last year!
Plan this week keep going. Hope something gives soon!
@hollyblueivy you will drop the weekend weight fast I’m sure, sounds like you are on it. Yes I need more water too!

@hollyblueivy hope this week sees u drop the water weight and puts u back in zone. U know u can do it . It’s all in the mind
@Bubbles44 I think that’s an amazing result after a weekend away. I’ve def had a number of set points along the way. I was 10.10 for ever. Eventually it will drop!

im struggling to get back into zone. I was eating so carefully and minimally before I left. Thought I made a lot of healthy choices - like a full plate of grilled veg at brekkie and egg white omelette. I did also accompany this with the odd cinnamon roll and wine in evenings.

today I’ve had
yoghurt berries
1 cookie
lunch will be chicken stir fry and cauliflower rice
dinner unsure

but I’m not weighing and counting calories. Plan is to just detox drop the carbs (Except this cookie!)

and reset tmrw. I’ll be back on tonight with tmrws meal plan!

Hi all, please may I join? I have put on a stone since November and I want shot of it by my next weekend away on 7th June. I've been successful before with a version of Fast 800 which involved eating lunches and dinners from the recipe books, plus allowing tea with milk (uncounted). I am very annoyed with myself - I knew it was bad but I stopped weighing and buried my head in the sand. It was a stressful Jan-April with work, plus I sprained my ankle very badly at the end of Jan and couldn't exercise for at least 8 weeks. However, things are calmer now and I'm trying to get my head back in the game. I'm hoping to lose 12 lbs by the time I go away, and I'm trying to force myself to start some sort of proper exercise other than walking the dogs. Also making myself wear jeans when wfh instead of stretchy clothes - god my jeans feel tight.

Start weight: 12.1.8
Goal weight: 11.3.8

ive eaten a lot of sugar today. Always crap on day back and Af due.

planned tmrw. Promise I’ll be back in zone!? I was doing so well! I’m guessing 10.10 tmrw

Hello @TooExtraImmatureCheddar sorry about your injury. Must be so hard being off your feet. I know exercise is a huge mindset thing. I’m sure you’ll do well now you’re back on it! Do you weigh daily?

You will get on it tomorrow @Smartmove, try and think about how hard you worked last week! Anything you gain will be off in a few days.

I’ve had a long fast today, feel good. Nearly gave in at lunch time and was going to eat chocolate but so glad i kept going.

@TooExtraImmatureCheddar Welcome to the group, the more the merrier. So is it a stone that you want to lose in a month? That's a lot, what is your broad plan? I'm a slow looser so would love to even get half a stone off in a month!

I said I wasn't going to weigh but couldn't not.

I'm 10:12:6 today. Current aim is to get to 10:10:00 so about 2.5lb off. I don't think I'll see it this Friday so I'll just keep going until I get there.

No alcohol this weekend.

Did a workout yesterday so two more to get my three per week goal.

good grief!!! I’ve put on 6 pounds so I’m 10.11!!!!!!! All that swimming and walking didn’t counteract the huge dinners. How very depressing. I really hope it’s water and is off asap.

def back in zone today (sadly have a dinner on sat night though!)

@Smartmove so frustrating seeing it bounce up so much. I’m sure a couple of good days you can get most of it off by Friday.

@hollyblueivy so hard not weighing isn’t it. Hopefully you will get a couple of pounds off soon. I Know only too well that’s easier said than done!

I’m going to weigh tmrw and then am tempted to not weigh a few days. I would like it all off by sat when I go for dinner but that means 2 pounds off a day (wish I started yest and didn’t eat biscuits and icecream and maybe opened some wine!)

yes I’m back in the zone. The scale was fairly shocking this am :/

I had eaten a few extra calories but I’m hungry after expanding my tummy! But it’s all been to plan

Puriton shake
smoked salmon salad
babybel
a lot of milky coffees - all calorie counted for
mixed veg soup

tmrw will switch to all black coffees and hope I can drop cals a bit

@Smartmove don’t be hard on yourself. So hard getting back on it after a few days off. You managed most of the day yesterday. Hopefully a better day today. We just have to keep going!

9.11 today. Happy with that, but nervous now to keep it down. Holiday 3 weeks today so that’s starting to be in the back of my mind now so need to stay motivated for that!

So yest I was good all day until my kids dinner was served. I decided to have their left overs. Then they wanted icecream so I had some and then it went downhill with toast and some chocolates.

today I will pop a mint in my mouth or brush my teeth once fasting starts. I worked too hard to have this bloat not go quickly.

with a big dinner planned on sat for a friends bday I’m expecting it to take me till next week to get back to 10.5 - it felt so good to see that on the scales!!!! After sat I am free for 2 whole weeks with zero social commitments and no drinking and I’m hoping to get to 10.3 for cornwall (goin for bank holiday) . Which is my goal….going to have really focus!

today I will be back in that zone! And tmrw my PT starts!

@Smartmove Great mindset to draw a line immediately and move on. Today is a new day, hopefully filled with good choices!

I woke up this morning feeling slim, you know those days where you think that's got to be a loss. Even looking in the mirror I didn't look bloated. Scales are at 10:13:00 so slight increase on yesterday. I'll be patient, I am making good choices so far for Tuesday and Wednesday this week and I know I need to give it more time!

Didn't exercise yesterday, think Friday and Saturday will be my days now.

@jelly79 How is your running going? Have you done your half marathon yet?

Feel like I’ve got my head screwed back on. But I thought that yest too!

2 boiled eggs and black coffee so far.

wish I wasn’t going out on sat - going to not have pudding and have a coffee instead! And not eat the bread….

@Smartmove i hope you get through the day. Just think you’ll feel so good tonight if you do and you’ll definitely be back on it.

we’ve got a birthday this weekend, so there will be the dreaded cake around the house. Will go out for a meal tomorrow but I think I can manage to be ok there. It’s the cake and chocolate in the house I struggle with. I need to remember how good I feel today so I don’t go on a sugar binge and face consequences. Also need to plan Saturday and Sunday food wise as we have lots of plans. Not with eating events but just out of routine. That sometimes triggers me! Why is it when you lose you always have fun plans! I’ll do 2 long runs to keep in a good mindset!

@Smartmove, I haven't been on this thread before, but I was on a Fast 800 one last year (and goodness knows how many diet threads over the last few years, sigh).

@Bubbles44, I weigh daily when I'm trying to lose weight - my problem is that the minute I stop eating well I also stop weighing and then months can pass before I pick it back up. Congratulations on 9.11 - that's brilliant!

@hollyblueivy, I suppose a stone is my first goal but I know it won't happen by the 7th of June (much as I wish it would!). I think the important thing is to be back on the healthy eating train and see what I can manage by then.

I first weighed last Wed and I've lost 2.5lbs since then, woo!

Just checking in to say I’ve stayed on plan and I’m going to do a long fast from 4 to 9…..so 17 hours….
I hope tmrw scales r kind to me!

@Bubbles44 totally. I was soooooo in the zone I prob would have got to goal and weirdly it was dropping of me after stalling for a good few months. Then I went away and ate carbs and then kept eating them on return. Good luck for weekend-I would say best thing is complete absitence but not sure that’s life and also not sure that’s that easy either. I would love to be able to have 1 slice of cake and then stop!!! Will continue to deal with this as week go on…think of me and how hard I’ve found it to get back into the swing everytime u try flick that switch!

@TooExtraImmatureCheddar fab! That’s a great loss in a few days. Hope the weekend is easy for you to get through.

@hollyblueivy it will come - ur excercsing a lot too so I suspect you are retaining some water? I start tmrw and I’m not going to weigh over weekend as I will get some DOMS and then depair I’ve gained!
