I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Mid day check in

10s6.6 this morning so 2 off from Friday!
Fasted till 1
Broke fast with 4 x ryvita, soft cheese and roasted veg. Then kefir yoghurt, seeds and berries

Need to get some water and steps in!

Chilli or Bolognese for tea!

Hope to be 10s 5 at the end of the week!

Hi everyone
so I planned my day and then turns out my chicken was past sell by date! So quickly scrambled together a hummus salad for tea. Think I’m still in calories but was a mad scramble so can’t be sure!

I stayed away from alcohol over weekend again. Will do same this weekend.

Chicken soup @ 4pm

I'm in college now and really hungry! I am due a break soon and need to push through it for a longer fast. The food options will be vending machine stuff!

im finally 10.10. Hallelujah! Now time to push past that and make the Nov the month I drop and stay under that! I would love to be 10.9.5 for sat/sun. No alcohol planned this weekend but I have a big family celebration so will be lots of carby food on sunday and sugar laden stuff. So need to keep head down till then.

Yay @Smartmove that's great you're back to 10:10 - I know you've been chasing that and hasn't taken too long post holiday to get there.

I've been 10:9:9 the last two days. Been hungry and having big portions of dinner in the evenings. I think my appetite is still adjusting post holiday!

Haven't been able to get to the gym so far this week, will continue to try but had loads on with work and other errands in the evenings.

Thinking beef soup for lunch and something light for dinner as we bear closer to Friday and I want 10:8:5 by then. Was supposed to be easier than this to lose 1lb this week!

6 mini mills biscuit things that were lovely! Not bothered about the calories really just that it cut my fast!

@hollyblueivy I feel like that re appetite levels! I am more hungry if an evening at the moment

I have just got a ninja! I am so excited to cook in it all weekend!

I have very little on this weekend but craving all the comfort foods and in hibernation mode

I’ve been away with work the past two dads so have had 3 big meals a day 🤦‍♀️
skipped pudding though and tried not to over eat. I’ll have to try hard tomorrow and see what the weigh in says on Friday.

@Chunkymonkey123 It's loads harder when you're not able to cater for yourself.

I was 10:9:5 this morning. I wanted to be 10:8:5 by tomorrow for 1lb off. Thought it would drop off easily but clearly not!

Will try to eat light today to see what happens for tomorrow.

Really good day today. Low cal. Low carb and not hungry. Fasting started at 5pm will break at 9am.

was 10.10.5 today due to the cake and extra dinner from day before .

still hoping to be 10.9.5 for Sunday am.

10:10:1 today - put on half a pound this week!

I'm clearly not back in the zone yet and haven't done any exercise which helps me with my eating as they go hand in hand for me.

Ok, so 10:9:0 will be the goal for next Friday - to lose 1lb. Ideally I'd like more but I also want to be realistic.

I don't have any socials this weekend but don't have any alcohol last weekend and quite fancy a wine, so will probably have a little drink but not go overboard.

I should have some time to get to the gym this weekend.

I am also spend some time planning my meals for next week so I can properly get back into it.

Holiday was still worth it.

10.8.8 which I’m pleased with as finally back under 10.10! 10.7 is the aim for next week.
I’m going to stick to two meals a day and a walk at lunchtime.
