I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

@Chunkymonkey123 didnt know u were away too! Don’t worry we all on it when u r back and will push each other. enjoy ur trip

I feel really pleased I’m going alcohol free all of Nov and not having weekends off hoping that’s what I need to push this final bit off!

Last day today. It's been strange as I've wanted and have enjoyed myself but also been mindful f bread and pasta pizza type foods.

Also beer, tried not to have too many.

Tried to go for walks and remain a bit active

850 today then a large glass of wine which was probably unnecessary but enjoyable! So 1050 I reckon. I’ve been very hungry but didn’t have a low carb breakfast, going to have eggs for brunch tomorrow to see if that helps.

another 1.5 until I’m back to my 10.10 which I where I got stuck for last month or two (I briefly dropped to 10.9 ) but then went away!

plan today (not planned it up to now..)
yoghurt passion fruit
chicken and veg
at a friends for dinner so wotever they serve but no alcohol and no pudding

1300 which is disappointing as I was 400 at 6pm but was so hungry I had pasta, wine and a bag of crisps. 1.2 off last night, hopefully some more tonight

Last night was a right off. Friend had made lasagne . I took more salad and only one portion of lasagne and then she made sticky toffee pudding. I also had 3 glasses of Prosecco . I’m not beating myself up about it coz that’s life and I can’t go to someone’s house and refuse food (I should have refused drink I was weak there!)

no plans today. Or rest of week. So hopefully make it back to pre holiday weight in a day or two

Hey!! Just a check in and hello!
I am still on holiday for another 4 days and I am ready to get back to clean living! The all inclusive life is taking its toll!
Woke up today with a headache so may fast for a while today!

Hi everyone how are you all?

Holidays are great and I really needed that but wow, it's way to slip back isn't it. Alcohol every day, plenty of meals and puddings - I don't think I even felt hungry at all but still the food was consumed.

Anyway, I didn't want to check in at over 11 stone so starting afresh today.

I weighed 10:13 this morning.

I didn't really have an aim that I'm working towards but generally try to build back to the habits I was in before with two meals per day, no snacking and plenty of exercise. It won't happen overnight so going easy on myself.

If we say that around 10:7 is where I left off then I need to lose 5lb before making further progress on my weight loss.

November is very welcome and this is the month where mostly the focus will be on my weight and fitness.

Let's go - please keep checking in, let's get some momentum going!

Do you have a plan for this month or a goal you'd like by the end of the month?

I'm 10:10:4 this morning, had warm oats, omelette and soup yesterday with two toasted bread. Wasn't hungry but didn't completely starve myself.

I'd like to be 10:6 by the end of the month so about 4.5lb off in around 5 weeks.

I don't have any socials and I'm planning to workout three times per week.

Yesterday - 10:10:4
Today - 10:10:6
Aim - 10:8:5 by next Friday - approximately 2lb off in the next week

Had soup for lunch and pork salad for dinner but still felt hungry so had some porridge after. No gym and really low steps.

Not sure on food plan for today. I won't be drinking this weekend that's for sure after holiday so that should help. I will make sure I get to the gym today.

What's everyone else got in the agenda today and over the weekend?

@hollyblueivy how was your holiday? It's so easy to eat constantly on holiday! A lot of what we put on is water retention so we should be on for a good week this week!

I am happy to be back for a reset and ready to go November!

I got back late last night and was tempted to lie in and start again Monday!

Got up for PT this morning and felt so much better!

HIIT ✔️
Fasted until 1pm ✔️
Lunch - tuna salad
Tea - cod, veg, noodles

Will exercise / run tomorrow and do the big shop to get planning for healthy meals.

The first 5 pounds came off in 3/4 days but these last 2 are taking longer. in still not actually back to 10.10!!! I’m 10.11 today so hopefully by Monday..which means it took 2 weeks to get back to pre holiday weight. Eye roll.

plan this weekend
no alcohol
no eating out
stay in 1000 cals
HIT session today (done) tmrw and Monday

Ah glad we're all back on the wagon! Need to try to keep my momentum up during November - my usual thing is that Christmas and all the food and drinks that comes with it starts towards the end of November - that's a lot of time to do damage.

Don't want to do that this year.

The first Monday back to it!
Weekend was up and down I think but back to it today!
Shall fast as long as possible (nearly had cheese and crackers at 9pm last night but resisted so fast started at 6pm)

Will weigh in shortly (I just need to get out of bed 🤦‍♀️)

Today feels like a good fresh Monday!

10:9:5 today - Did end up having takeout on Saturday but no alcohol and was on the go all weekend so overall pleased with that.

Aim is 10:8:5 this Friday, 10:7:5 next Friday and 10:6:5 by the last Friday in November. IF I can get to 10:6:5 I think I'll aim to maintain around there during December but let's see what happens.

For now, I need 1lb off by Friday and this should be the easiest pound to lose.

Let's go.
