I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

I ended up having some chocolate last night.

10:7:9 today

10:6 will have to wait until next week.

10.9.6 so 0.2 off overnight
god it’s slow but in right direction. Not sure I’ll make 10.9 exactly on sat but I have today and tmrw no plans no drinking so maybe if I really focus I could do it!

No I haven’t lost overnight! I’m the same
10.9.6 I thought I was 10.9.8 the day before
anyways can’t see me getting to 10.9 either

maybe 10.9.4 by sat?
it’s very slow for what feels like a lot of effort!

I had chocolate after a prawn tea last night but not too much!

I had a banging head in the night, missed HIIT today and was tempted to eat what I wanted when I wanted

But I weighed in at 10s 2.6 so with a good day today could get under for the weekly weight tomorrow and have a little loss! Fingers crossed

I've not eaten yet but may have eggs soon, then chicken noodles for tea

Minimal steps again though.

Half a slice jam toast
Half a chicken roll
Fish finger sandwich
Caramel latte
Couple slices cold beef
Bit of mango and pineapple
Salmon and rice
Half a sausage
Jaffa cake

Banana and almond butter on toast
Chicken and broccoli pasta

Should of closed the kitchen

But I had 3 chocolate shortbread and 4 mini Diana. Closed at 6pm and very closely reopened at 8pm with some Pringles but I've come to bed with this awful headache

Hope your headache has eased, was that hunger related or sometimes? There's a lot of flu like symptoms going around at the moment.

I've put on 2lb since last Friday weighing at 10:8:4 today

It's been a strange week, mind not 100%, sleep not great, out of exercise routine. Hardly any water. I need a reset week.

I'm going to try to have an alcohol free weekend to give me a head start next week.

I want 10:6 by next Friday.

I'm 10:8:6 today - totally wrong direction again. Enforcing the fact I need to stay sober this weekend. Didn't have a drink yesterday so that's one day down.

Just about to do a workout.

Weekend won't be completely void of treats / I plan to bake a cake today to celebrate the start of bake off.

I had to feed myself salt and sugar yesterday!

Salt and pepper hash browns
Pancakes and syrup
Out for a yoga and spa night
Then dinner out and ALL the food, dessert and chocolate

Felt horrendous this morning! Like a good hangover.

Fasted till 1pm

Small ginger cake
Biscoff dip
Heroes
Homemade healthy chicken and veg rice
There is an abundance of chocolates and puddings that will get nibbles on as we have a movie night planned!

Heading for a bath and I will enjoy my chocolates!

Tomorrow I have exercise planned, a fast and a roast dinner

Have a lovely weekend x

Egg and avocado toast
Cake
Take away curry - dread to think the calories!

No alcohol again though yay!

Tomorrow will be the test as may pop into the pub.

Im recovering thanks. I’m going to go back on plan tmrw! Today I’ve had (seeing as we all confessing)

porridge and berries
left over take away from yesterday for lunch
a slice of choc cheesecake and a few chocolate hazelnuts
slice of toast
home made paneer curry with rice
a bowl of cereal!!

no steps!
tmrw I start again now I’m feeling better (though have a horrid cough!)

You've got to look after yourself when not feeling well so don't worry about this weekend, and at least you didn't have alcohol so that's a win.

What's your plan for the two weeks before holiday?

I need to think about a plan for myself. Low alcohol for sure, possibly just one day out of the week. Maybe not have our usual weekend takeaway. Plenty of exercise. Might also try some holiday clothes on and see how they look!

I was 10:8:4 today.

Had egg on toast for breakfast. Probably a bit of cake later. Feel like I could cave and just have one drink at the pub. Then a toast for dinner and wait for Monday and a new week to come around.

zero alcohol till I land
minimal sugar (I can’t promise none) !
restart my HiT once I’m feeling better

so far had my shake. Feeling fine. Eggs for lunch. Home made chicken pie no pastry for me. I’ll weigh tmrw suspect I’ll be 10.10(!!!!) and gained my 0.5 pound loss last week.

Wish I didn't have them drinks. Did well generally over the weekend but should have kept it going.

Two big bits of cake consumed.

Headache now possibly from both the beer and the sugar.

Oh well it is done now. Line drawn tomorrow is a new day and a new week.

Want to try to only drink on one day over the next week and preferably not at all but that may be a leap.

@hollyblueivy im feeling same about the 2 takeaways consumed and the cheesecake eaten.

let’s focus this week. My af is out of way! And my cold is better though still feeling groggy . Drinking water to flush out those pounds I’ve put on this weekend - agh!

10:8:1 today which I'm shocked isn't more and wonder if it will catch up tomorrow.

That has been my weight on 4 out of the last 5 Mondays so need to break this cycle.

Want 2 off by Friday.

I'm in for a reset week! 3 weeks till holiday! 10s 5 today and lacking motivation, but full of regret after last week and especially the weekend, I went full self destruct!

Plan this week

  • 10k steps per day
  • eat 11-6
  • low carbs and sugar

Have a good start ladies x

Come on girls we got this. I’ve got 2 dinners this week but not drinking and sticking to calories. Am absolutely focussed till i go away! Heartening to see that this isn’t easy and we all bad days and weeks! I got to 10.9.5 last week so hoping to be 10.9 minimum by sat

Grapes (this is to stop me laying in to the biscuits which I am struggling with)

Boring day in work but I know if I start the nibbling it will be a slippery slope!

I stuck to plan apart from movement! The weather is so miserable I didn't walk!

Struggled to stay away from biscuits but I did!

HIIT booked in the morning and I am in bed now far away from the kitchen x
