I’ve just done my ChatGPT strength workout b for my walking in wales plan.
it was three rounds of
dead bugs (i did 8 of each leg)
side laying leg lifts
wall sits (30 seconds)
split squats
body weight Romanian dead lifts.
Tomorrow will be hydrotherapy and Friday will be some mobilisation exercises. Then a longish walk on Sunday.
the strength work out was surprisingly hard and felt like it was targeting core and glutes and legs so not a bad routine.
i never know whether to do it as a circuit three times or just to do a set, wait thirty seconds and do the next set.
