Anyone want to join me?
Yes I know it’s an oldie but I did it about 15 years ago and it was really effective.
I’ve just done day one and the weights and abs stuff weren’t too bad but the cardio nearly killed me, I’m more unfit than I realised.

Day 16 and 8th day of Level 2 and I’ve finally managed the plank thrusts and plank jacks! Also did an advanced reformer Pilates class this morning so I’m feeling virtuous.

Wow! Well done, they are killer moves 💪

Day 19 of Body Revolution done, another repeat of second strength session. 19/90 days. Coming up to 3 weeks completed. (I started this programme on a Thursday which confuses me so posting it here to remind myself!)

Managed all the tricky compound moves, albeit quite slowly, including the one I couldn't do at all the first time.

Good old cardio tomorrow 💓

Day 20 of Body Revolution done, month 1 cardio session again. That's week 3 complete and 21/90 days including tomorrow's rest day.

I might not bother with a rest day and just carry on to day 22. I'm not carrying any injuries and felt a bit antsy on my last rest day!

Day 22 of Body revolution done, didn't bother with a rest day so this is the start of Week 4, 22/90 days.

Had a disturbed night's sleep so I was a bit tired this morning. Not my prettiest effort but it got done 💪

Day 17 done today but I have also been doing 16:8 fasting over the last few days and this one was towards the end of my fast period which was a mistake!

Have now eaten and am on my way to a reformer Pilates class

Day 23 of Body Revolution done, strength session 4, and then because I felt like a bit of a challenge I did Day 24 cardio just to see if I could 😂
And I did!

So that brings me to halfway through Week 4, 24/90 days.

Ive been away over half term on a last minute holiday. Much needed as work is hard going at the moment and about to get worse next half term. Have walked miles every day and had lots and lots of fresh air, so that sounds as exercise but no shredding.

I got back yesterday and did a 30DS. I’ve really missed it. No idea what day I’m up to, so might just say I’m starting again. At least it being the 1st of the month it will be easier to track.

@IDareSay and @Katrinawaves you are doing brilliantly. Love the article too - I’ve got no excuse not to do things!

Day 27 of Body Revolution done, (cardio session 1), and that's the last time for that part.

Week 4 now completed,* not planning on a rest day tomorrow (though that may change depending on how disruptive to my routine having the plasterers in is!), so I'm calling it 28/90 *days.

Two brand new strength sessions to get the hang of next week, and a new cardio routine. Expecting it to be pretty challenging 😱

Well done! You’re doing brilliantly. Hope the plastering goes well tomorrow and they don’t mess with the exercising.

Got to keep up with this all through November. Target is to have done 30 days of exercise straight. I feel like I’ve fallen off the wagon and I want to be on it again. I always feel so much better when I’ve done it as well.

DH laughing at me this morning because I grumbled about putting on 'normal' clothes rather than my exercise gear! 😁

Plasterers were here before 8am and as the new strength session takes almost 40 minutes there was no way I could fit it in before they got here without getting up at silly'o'clock. I'll probably need to rewind a few bits to check form for the new exercises too, so needed at least an hour plus time to shower and change afterwards (they are doing the stairs and landing so no access to upstairs bathroom; glad we have a downstairs loo!).

No idea what time they will finish today, so I'll have to keep waiting. Looks like I really am a Jillian Junkie...😱

Plasterers finished mid-afternoon and they will be back first thing tomorrow. It's looking very good, thanks @Happyhettie
It's the last major job on the house so it's a huge relief to get it started; we started the renovation in 2017 😱

Dogs were impatient so took them out first and then came back and did Day 29 of Body Revolution, (strength session 5). 29/90
Ooh nearly a third of the way through.

Oh crikey, it's a killer! Not very pretty but done. Would have been very easy to not bother today but feeling the endorphin glow now 😍

Done. Day 30 of Body Revolution, (strength session 6). 30/90
One third of the way through and that strength session 6 is a tough one, lots of balance needed and I was quite wobbly. Still, I know I will be better at it by the end of this 2 week block. Slightly dreading the new cardio tomorrow!

Plasterers finished very late yesterday, so by the time we took the dogs out (in the dark and rain!) I needed to make and eat dinner, so an enforced day off.

Worth it though for the shiny smooth new walls and ceilings!

Body Revolution sounds hard going - you’re doing a grand job!

6/30 days done today. I’ve done a mixture of 30DS and cardio videos. Going for a hike tomorrow so that will be v nice.

I fool myself by thinking I hike every day, though really it's an amble with the two small dogs 😋It is always hilly though.

DH itching to start painting, which is unusual to say the least!

No rest day taken (Day 35) so Day 36 of Body Revolution, (strength session 5) done yesterday. 36/90

I may have an enforced rest day today as DH absolutely determined to make progress with painting the hall and stairs so I need to be on dog duty. I'll see how it goes.

I was just reading around the Body Revolution programme, and when it came out it apparently included a 'kick start' week, which when added to the 12 week exercise programme made the whole thing 90 days.
So in fact the bit I am doing is 84 days in total, 12 weeks of 6 exercise days per week.

Which means I could finish it before Christmas if I stay on schedule. Hmmm...

So nice to get out on a dog walk every day. My hike was v lovely and up a very big hill and a great view.
Have managed some 30DS this week inbetween lots of work. Can’t do it daily but I’m keeping at it!

Cardio tomorrow and then new (eek!) strength sessions next week as I head into week 7. I had a look at the first one and it includes something called 'Squat Karaoke'. The mind boggles!! Still, almost halfway! 💪
