Anyone want to join me?
Yes I know it’s an oldie but I did it about 15 years ago and it was really effective.
I’ve just done day one and the weights and abs stuff weren’t too bad but the cardio nearly killed me, I’m more unfit than I realised.

Day 9 and I moved to Level 2. I was dreading this based on reviews but it honestly was nowhere nearly as bad as I feared except the plank jacks which I couldn’t master fully. It helped that I used light weights for all the exercises but I think tomorrow I can go up to 2kg for some of them at least. Glad to get this one done though and take the fear away!

Yes I quite liked level 2 in comparison to level 1. Not really sure why when I think about it, all 3 levels are hard!

Day 4 of Body Revolution done, exactly same as Day 1. Went by very quickly again. Just scrolled forward a bit on the app to discover Day 7 is a rest day! That will be a novelty 😍

Day 10, and second day of Level 2 using 2kg weights. I’m starting to see some definition around my shoulders and quads I think

Day 6 of Body Revolution done, a cardio day. A rest day tomorrow so that's Week 1 complete and 7/90 days.

It seems to be the same plan for the next 7 days. Enjoying this one.

Level 2 is becoming easier though I still can’t do the full version of either plank thrusts or plank jumps. ☺️. Day 11 and unbroken streak continues however. Small weight drop on scales today too.

I’ve just finished Day 12 and noticed across the course of the day that my trousers were looking a bit baggy round the bum. Not necessarily the sartorial look I was going for to be fair but I think a sign that things are happening.

Still loving this one; 'this is easy for you!" (er no, but it's fun!)

I tried some trousers on the other day and they were really baggy on my outer thighs and bum. They're in the charity bag now, no going back. 😱

I'll measure at the end of every 30 days of this programme I think.

Day 9 of Body Revolution done, a repeat strength day, and 9/90 days; almost into double figures, it goes by quickly.

Heavier weights (3kg) all through this section for me today, as no shoulders involved.

Back on it today having been off work ill with a sickness bug. Teaching really is the gift that keeps on giving. Day 19/30 done.

Back on it and Day 13 completed along with a 1 hour Pilates class. I’m due to donate blood tomorrow at 8.30am so I think I will need to get up super early to do tomorrow’s as I’m not sure I’ll be feeling up for it afterwards!

Day 11 of Body Revolution done, a repeat of Day 1 strength day, and 11/90 days.

One more repeat Day 2 strength programme tomorrow and then the programme changes (but the cardio session is the same for 4 weeks).

Day 21/30 30DS L1 completed.
Cant complete it by half term as I’ve only got 4 days. New target… finish in half term and start Ripped in 30 on cr 1st November.

I did miss my workout on the last rest day; I think I'm a Jillian Junkie!

I know what you mean @IDareSay about being a Jillian Junkie. It’s made me feel so much better since I started in July and I do miss it when I can’t do it. This is the longest I’ve kept an exercise regime going for as well. Need to keep it up!

Good grief, that kicked my arse! 😱Some pretty tricky compound moves, really challenging my balance and flexibility.

Another new strength session tomorrow, and then they are repeated for 2 weeks.

Again, some pretty tricky compound moves, including one I couldn't do at all so that's something I need to work on!

Usual cardio session tomorrow will feel like an old friend after these two days 😆

This week has been a bit hit and miss (although I have managed both my reformer Pilates sessions so not terrible) and I have just finished Day 14.

Am now going to try to power through and do the last 16 days continuously. I’ve done 6 days of Level 2 and am finding that much easier now though I still can’t manage the advance versions of the plank thrusts or plank jumps!

I’m starting to think about what comes next and contemplating surfacing an old Tracy Anderson download next.

Interestingly after 14 days of Jillian I have seen no weight loss at all though some improved muscle definition and some previously snug skirts fit better.

Day 18 of Body Revolution done, 18/90 days, and my second go at this routine.

Did better today. DH just pointed out that I've sweated through my grey workout clothes today; so sexy 😅😅

Shower then poached eggs on sourdough; might be able to face the world after that!

Day 16 and 8th day of Level 2 and I’ve finally managed the plank thrusts and plank jacks! Also did an advanced reformer Pilates class this morning so I’m feeling virtuous.
