Anyone want to join me?
Yes I know it’s an oldie but I did it about 15 years ago and it was really effective.
I’ve just done day one and the weights and abs stuff weren’t too bad but the cardio nearly killed me, I’m more unfit than I realised.

I am going to start again and try and be more Natalie. I’ve only got 1.5kg weights. You lot with 3kg or 5kg are super hardcore!!

I saw 4 people today I haven’t seen for a few of weeks. Did any of them notice any difference? Did they heck as like!

Need to measure myself before I forget.

That's me done burn fat boost metabolism today instead of shred. The mixing it up seems to be working as clothes are getting looser

It can take a couple of months for others to notice but as long as you feel better that's what matters.

I’ve completed L1 D5 today. It already feels a lot easier but it’s still tough. I’ve got 2.5kg weights, but I have to put them down for the side lunge, arm raise bit. I feel fitter, but definitely don’t look it!

I had a day off yesterday and back to it today. I had to do today or I know I’m on that slippery slope to not doing it again and whilst I’m still on holiday, there’s no excuse.

Round 2 L1 2/30 ✅

Should have done level 2 but I rewound the tape (showing my age but I don’t know what you call it on prime, is it just rewinding??) without thinking so I did day 1 again. Did a bit more Natalie with the cardio and abs but still Anita with the strength stuff.

Heading towards halfway. I'm using the 3kg for back exercises like rows, and also for some bicep curls, but still on 1.5kg for overhead stuff. Might get some 2kg for those as the 1.5kg do feel pretty light now 😳
What have I become? 😂😂😂

I took it up again before my summer holiday. Just two weeks but it showed in my arms.
Was meant to be doing it afterwards but haven’t . This thread has prompted me into action. Thanks 🙏

Didn’t want to do 30DS after a 5 mile walk earlier so I decided I need to mix it up a bit and found a 2024 dance hits exercise video on the YouTube. Danced around my living room for 30 mins like a loon. Cant dance to save my life but it was fun and it got my heart going.

Can I join although I’m a bit behind you all. It’s great reading how everyone else is doing.
Just did L1 day 1 and am now having a lie down 😆. I did this about 10 years ago and it was the fittest I’d ever been, I remember being able to run up two tube escalators one after the other and not being out of breath! I’m a very long away from that now.

I need to lose half a stone so am watching what I eat too.

I’m probably going to be taking a month long break from Jillian as I’ve got a busy week and then off on my holidays. I’d like to have this week before I go to see whether I drop some weight before I eat too much whilst I’m away. However, I’ve been eyeing up a Callanetics video to watch when I’m away (partly because I don’t want anyone in the room below us to report a baby elephant loose in the hotel) as I had really good results toning my wobbly bits from that 30 years ago.

I’ll keep watching the thread, may drop in from time to time but will be willing you all on from the sidelines. Good luck everyone 🤗

Amazing @Saggyoldclothbody you must be feeling proud of yourself! Gosh, Callanetics, I think I used to do that back in the day too; it's certainly easier on the ceilings below 😄
Do let us know if you get a 'woosh'. I'm definitely taking a week off after this 30 days so I can test the theory!

Just catching up, you’re all doing so well! 😍
I have been away for 5 days and eaten what I wanted, I kept up the abs and weights but no cardio. I’ve not put any weight on! Its a miracle, I usually put on half a stone at least 😂 and takes a few weeks to lose.
Also felt great in all my outfits. Back on it fully tonight

Round 2 L2 D3/30 completed. I hate chair fly things but they were easier (just!) this time round.
Going back to work tomorrow so I need to keep motivated. Term time is manic but my health needs to come first.

I remember callentics! Callen Pinkney or something and lots of slow movements. It was hard going but really effective. That’s a blast from the past.
