Been working through epic heat - 2 days left. A full body complex and the dreaded EMOM....
today did a yoga session for flexibility and obviously walking a lot more now because of the puppy.
I may have missed this but are you a fitness teacher Bez? For combat? Or for other classes as well?
I'm also trying to cut out alcohol and sweets. I don't drink much at all to be fair but I noticed over the summer that I put on weight with increased alcohol consumption and again over Xmas. Think my metabolism generally might be starting to slow down too (I've always eaten quite a bit but healthily).
