Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2020 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.

My goals are:

  1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2020;
  2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.

BR ph1, wk2 WO4 done Smile

SophieLion · 04/08/2020 14:57

Yes a lot of the Lilly sabri workouts are fairly short Roonetta which I like because I can combine and mix them. Eg do an abs one, then butt and then another abs etc etc. I get bored really easily when exercising so this is great for me. She does have longer workouts. I did a 30 min butt one the other day and thought mine was going to fall off afterwards. Saying that going to do some yoga tomorrow as my leg muscles feeling a bit sore and stiff.

Hope you're enjoying the holiday MotherForkin.

OublietteBravo · 04/08/2020 20:13

BR ph1, wk2 Cardio done Grin

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 05/08/2020 18:53

Yes, having a lovely holiday, thanks. Although I think we're all suffering an overdose of family time after the last few months Grin

The weights area of the gym where we're staying is closed so my PT very kindly altered my plan to a body weight programme for while I'm away Confused I'm sore after doing it this morning.

KB&T L1 and 6W6P L1 (75 min). I’m going to see my family for the weekend - driving up tomorrow evening and returning on Sunday evening. So I’m planning on taking a few rest days.

Enjoy your weekend Oubliette.

MotherForkin you are so dedicated to be exercising while on holiday. I harbour dreams of doing some short workouts when I am away next week but in reality I know I won't do it. Glad you are having a nice time.

Sophie I had little bit of time to spare yesterday and decided to do an 8 minute lower ab workout by Lilly Sabri. How hard can it be I thought, it's only 8 minutes. I could have kissed her when she said it was the last exercise! It was brutal and my abs were BURNING!!!! I will definitely be doing it again to get rid of my lower belly pooch Smile

BR ph1, wk2 WO3 done for the last time. Whoop whoop!

SophieLion · 06/08/2020 17:14

Hope you enjoy your family weekend Oub. Your PT sounds great MotherForkin.

Happy to hear you liked lilly sabri Roonetta. Really enjoying her workouts at the moment - long may it last as I get bored all too easily.

Today did a 5km interval run and strength for abs, butt and back (all courtesy of the the lovely lilly sabri).

Ah that's lovely oubliette. Looks very peaceful. Hope you're enjoying seeing your family.

JM's Killer arms and back L3 plus strength for abs and underbutt.

We're leaving for holidays tomorrow (but this time there is a gym so I can run there hopefully - with a mask on?!) and do some yoga etc.

Days exercised 174

roonetta · 07/08/2020 14:13

Ooh how pretty Oubliette Smile

Grin at "underbutt" Sophie - have a lovely holiday and hope you get to use the gym.

BR ph1, wk2, WO4 done for the last time. Thought I would do an extra workout as should be doing cardio 1 tomorrow but won't be here so did level 1 of Kickbox Fastfix as it is only 20 minutes. First time I have done it and my co-ordination was terrible. Worked up a sweat though so that's all that matters.

Off to Devon for a week tomorrow, will try to check in and will be swimming and walking (if not too crowded!). Won't even pretend that I will be doing any circuit training though.

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 07/08/2020 16:06

We had a day of hiking and biking around a national park yesterday which was fantastic.

I slept though my alarm for my early swim Blush so I did a short circuit before we came to an amazing beach for the day. The sea is cold but gorgeous.

Enjoy your new office Oubliette and hope you enjoy your holidays, Sophie and roonetta.

"Strong and stretchy" yoga class which felt great as have been a bit lazy with stretching this week and my muscles felt sore and stiff plus some strength for abs.

Yes MotherForkin had a good laugh at "underbutt" too RoonettaGrin** have a lovely time
in Devon! Sounds gorgeous where you are MotherForkin. I miss the English countryside. We normally fly over every July... but not this year Sad

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 09/08/2020 10:30

Strong and stretchy sounds lovely Sophie. I wish I was stretchy! We are in the south of Ireland, a few days in each of Cork, Kerry and Clare. It's beautiful and when you get the weather, as we have in the last few days, it's pure heaven.

I had a short run this morning before it gets very warm. I felt the lack of consistency and every ice-cream in every step Blush

Days exercised 166.

SophieLion · 10/08/2020 17:12

It must be beautiful there MotherForkin. I'd love to go to Ireland and I should do really as got quite a few friends there now. One day....!

Yesterday did a 5km run plus a bit of strength and then yoga.
Today a 5km interval run and strength for abs and butt.

Days exercised 167.

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 12/08/2020 17:07

There's a lovely forest near us so I got out early for a 6km hill walk. Glad I went early, it's roasting now.

Days exercised 168.

OublietteBravo · 12/08/2020 19:55

It’s so incredibly humid today. I’m a bit of a sweaty mess! Abs: 6W6P L2 and KAbs L1 (60 min)

I’m very impressed with the exercising on holiday @MotherForkinShirtBalls - I definitely lack the motivation to do that.

I'm also exercising on holiday. I really enjoy it as more time to exercise and I'm not so rushed. It also helps that I have to book my gym
Slot so I find that exercise is then in the schedule for the day.

Very strict rules for the gym though (but thankfully no mask wearing whilst on treadmill) so I prefer doing my Toning exercises out on the grass which is lovely (I don't use all the weights machines at the gyms and unfortunately they don't have dumbbells available due to COVID).

Yesterday did a 5km interval run plus Lilly sabri for abs, back and butt.

Days exercised 178

SophieLion · 13/08/2020 18:19

Another 5km run plus strength for whole body.

Days exercised 179

SophieLion · 14/08/2020 17:52

I had an unplanned rest day yesterday. I just couldn’t find my motivation. Today I’ve done NMTZ (50 min)
