New year, new exercise goals. AKA New-year-athon 2019

Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2019 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.

My goals are:

  1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2019;
  2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.

A very hot 6W6P L2 (30 min). Unfortunately I managed to miss my footing and go over on my ankle not long afterwards. It made an alarming noise, so I’ll be off to get it x-rated tomorrow morning. Hopefully just a sprain, but in any case I suspect the next couple of days will need to be rest days.

I’ve decided that ‘no exercise’ means nothing that involves weight-bearing on my ankle. So I adapted an abs circuit (6W6P L1) and replaced all the weight-bearing exercises. My abs are sore, but my ankle is fine.
