New year, new exercise goals. AKA New-year-athon 2019

Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2019 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.

My goals are:

  1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2019;
  2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.

I think I’m finally starting to feel better. Hooray! Of course, now poor DD has picked up the cold and is feeling sorry for herself. Better now than during half term I suppose.

Hi Oubliette! Bravo on all the exercise and commitment!

I have been exercising but having been trying to cut down on the one spent on my phone (hence not using MN very much).

My knee is much better and I've just started using the Jillian DVDs again - I was sooooo sore the first few days as haven't done any squats or lunges since June! Am rotating between Killer Buns and Thighs, Killer Arms and Back and Extreme Shed and Shred at the moment. Just deciding whether to do 6W6P today for a change!

Hi Sophie - good to hear from you. I’m glad your knee is getting better. I’m not surprised the JM workouts hurt - I find them difficult even after a weeks break!

I did 30DS L2D4 & 6W6P L1 yesterday (1 hour), and KB&T L1 this morning (40 min)
