New year, new exercise goals. AKA New-year-athon 2019

Happy New Year! I’m starting a nice shiny new thread to keep track of my 2019 exercise goals. Please feel free to join me.

My goals are:

  1. To do some exercise on at least 250 days during 2019;
  2. To do at least 200 hours of exercise.

Congratulations on completing part of your target Oubliette! I've been following you sporadically throughout the year. Always impressed by your motivation and dedication.
I might join in again next year. It's a good way of tracking what exercise I'm doing and making sure I work out all parts of my body.

Thanks Sophie - I’m pretty proud of myself for keeping going (especially after I sprained my ankle badly back in July).

Just a short session this evening: 6W6P L1 (35 min)
DH has already lit the wood burner, so too hot to do anything longer.

Ha ha your short session (35 mins) is often my normal session!!! Saying that today, as we are on hols and DH was off with the DCs all day, I did 40 mins yoga, the Blogilates glutes challenge and 5km run so feeling good Smile

Hope you are fully recovered from your ankle injury.

My exercise goals for 2020 is to get ino cross fit and begin a yoga/stretching class. I also want to stretch daily and foam roll. I am
also going to try and eat healthier and o ly drink water! Roll on 2020!
