Had to have 4d off with mild cold and felt pants, I SO need exercise for my mental health. Still not running due to impact injury but found rowing and swimming mostly OK
so rowed 6k in gym today, and 15min on sit bike with a swim after all low impact so hoping joint not aggravated as I’m really missing my running!!
