Thanks ski. I was losing my mojo a bit in the last few weeks- still running, but every step felt like a huge chore. I took a day off, ate some carbs, and then went off for a slow, long jog and it reawakened me a bit. I’d really like to break the 10 mile barrier, so hopefully my next long run I will manage that.
Today- little hilly 7km. We have some good long hills (like 1-2km Of steady incline) by me so I took a few of those on in a big loop.
