Ran 5k yesterday
first km was stop /start still in a lot pain did stretches then as I expected muscles “released” and ran 4K without stopping or feeling out of breath. Hoping a couple of 5k a week for next few wks will help build back up strength and lesson pain.
Your be fine doing a half bear as you have a lot of strength to run daily. I did it last year on 2x5/7k runs a week and one long run that I added to every wk till I got to running 2hrs + non stop. Gd luck. I’d like to get back to that if my flipping body can stand upto it.
