I've just done NMTZ. I think my weights are starting to feel too light. I might need some new, heavier ones.

I had a rest day yesterday, and kicked off with Body Rev workout 11 today. The first circuit of that was the absolute pits, which must mean it's doing me some good...

OublietteBravo · 06/04/2017 19:11

A short session for me this evening (6W6P L1) because I need to pack

Not sure how I'll get on with exercising while I'm away.

Last run before the weekend - 30 minutes out, 30 minutes back, managed just over 8k with the 2nd half quicker than the first so good confidence boost for Sunday's 10k. Basically rest until then so just the usual toddler chasing!

KanyesVest · 06/04/2017 21:50

Haven't updated in a dew days but I'm doing a lot of core work and a couple of runs this week. The interval runs are definitely helping which is great.

RJnomore1 · 06/04/2017 22:07

Ooh there you are I fell off the end of the thread somehow.

However so far this week I have managed a Thai boxing pt a 6 mile hill walk and tonight's metafit.

67/183. Bodybuilding pt and a short run tomorrow. Hopefully back on track now.

How's everyone?

RJnomore1 · 07/04/2017 19:28

And a run tonight to add to that...

68/182

RJnomore1 · 08/04/2017 13:59

Where are you all?

Thai boxing today

KanyesVest · 08/04/2017 16:23

Still here RJ! Had a rest day yesterday, but have been doing lots of gardening and hoping to go for a run later.

RJnomore1 · 08/04/2017 17:57

It's gorgeous weather here Kanye, me and my two friends ran along the shore yesterday and it was really nice. Hope you enjoy yours.

DeliciousIrony · 08/04/2017 19:26

I'm here! And enjoying the lovely weather. Went for a run around the reservoir this morning, then a good walk into town to do some shopping, and now I've just done Body Rev workout 11. I feel shattered now, looking forward to Wine.

TooStressyForMyOwnGood · 08/04/2017 21:01

I'm here! Just not achieving anything- my excuse is school holidays!

KanyesVest · 08/04/2017 22:02

It was our best day of the year here too, I had to break out the sunscreen for the children (ds is so fair he's almost transparent). It has cooled right down though, so in went for my run and managed a slow 8k.

RJnomore1 · 09/04/2017 10:47

SHaping up to be lovely here again today.

MMA/circuits this morning. Feeling on target again after a couple of ropey weeks.

Enjoy the sun everyone.

70/180

DeliciousIrony · 09/04/2017 16:22

Body Rev workout 12 done this morning, followed by cardio 3 just now...really did not want to do the cardio as it's boiling here, but I've just about huffed and puffed my way through it.

randomsabreuse · 09/04/2017 22:19

Did my 10k this morning. 67 and a bit minutes (yay - beat my target comfortably!) Smothered myself in sun tan lotion so managed not to frazzle.

Slow 5k with running club tomorrow plus must do some core and weights work as I've got a month to my next race (10k pretty muddy!)

KanyesVest · 09/04/2017 23:25

I did a 7km rage v fast walk this evening.

OublietteBravo · 10/04/2017 13:44

6W6P L1 yesterday evening. A bit tricky space-wise in a hotel room.

Grin at Kanyes rage walk

Leg day today with pt. mentioned I'm going on holiday soon so we are doing something called hypertrophic training. I don't know what it is buts it's hard and I don't expect to walk tomorrow!

LordPeterWimsey · 10/04/2017 18:50

I fell off the wagon completely last week - work trip at the beginning of the week and then MIL staying. I couldn't even cycle to work as DD is doing a holiday club and it's on my commute, so it's most efficient for me to drop her off. The most depressing thing is how much nicer my life is in the short term when I cut out the exercise: I have to keep reminding myself that in the long term I'd regret it.

Back on the wagon this week (ish - still no cycling because of DD). Killer Abs L2 done this evening. I can't face plunging straight back in to Body Rev: I'll get back onto it after Easter. Delicious, very impressed that you're keeping it up!

TooStressyForMyOwnGood · 10/04/2017 19:03

LordPeter, aaagh so true. Have fallen off completely this week with both DD off and it is so much easier! Definitely need to think of long term gain once these holidays are over and get back into it.

KanyesVest · 11/04/2017 15:25

Day o'stress yesterday so although I badly needed some exercise, I didn't get any. Short lunchtime run today, dh out tonight and I'll be working late so no other time!

RJ, it seems rage walking is good for my glutes, my ass has been hurting since yesterday! Grin

OublietteBravo · 11/04/2017 16:46

Still a bit hit and miss with exercise (aside from going up/down 90 steps every time I go to my hotel room). Just had a go at Killer Abs L1.

Didn't manage a walk with DD today. Git fell asleep after a major temper tantrum /discussion over a pooey nappy and had a 2 hour and counting nap. Needs it though as first nap in about a week. I'm creeping around trying not to wake her.

Done core work. Still need to do squats and upper body weights plus yoga. Not going to get anywhere near step target today but well ahead for the week which is more realistic.
