Come and join us in our attempt to do 30 min exercise as often as possible.

Set yourself a target (e.g. 5 days a week, 20 days a month, etc.). Any kind of exercise counts: walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing - or any other activity that expends energy.

PB on deadlifts today and Bulgarian split squats, my legs were jelly.

Kettlebells class tomorrow.

I'm loving this thread it's keeping me motivated.

I walked DS to football this evening as the traffic was awful. I also managed to change the DVD over and do 6W6P L1.

I am not going to be able to walk tomorrow. After yesterday's Bulgarian split squats kettlebells today had one legged deadlifts thrown in. Feel my pain.

To add insult to injury I have cleaned my diet up about 80% and not lost a flipping pound.

RJ, I am in awe. WTF is a Bulgarian split squat? Not surprising you haven't lost any weight; you must be building muscle like crazy. Are your measurements altering?

I cycled to work and back (2 hours moderate cardio), and did two segments of 10MBT (kick boxing and lower body workout). I have a nasty feeling I will be sleeping very badly tonight, with the radio on till I know the result, so I should probably just accept that tomorrow I may not manage anything.

The first ont is a Bulgarian split squat the second a one legged dead lift and both are reasons I don't think I will be very mobile tomorrow. I really hope I'm building muscle, I weigh a lot, I can definitely see and feel more muscle, I have big quads and calves and my PT says my shoulders are looking tighter so fingers crossed. 😕

IN fact the news was so dreadful that I gave up the struggle to sleep at 5.30 - KA&B L1 done. Now drinking coffee and wondering what the hell I tell DD about the state of the world.

I got up at 6 to go for a run Peter but got distracted by the trainwreck news, so didn't get out before the dc got up. Anyway, I just took a very early lunch (working from home today) and did 6km. it wasn't pretty! I included a 1.2km hill that I've been avoiding for months though, so that's an improvement, even though I was almost at a crawl by the top!

30 day shred level 2 this morning. Ankle not up to running yet and actually I am finding it an ok workout. One day I'll manage level 3!

Kettlebells batch training after work today and I was having a great time (saddo) when I've gone and tore the callouses on my left hand a bit.

It's not too bad and I was almost almost st the end of what I had set out to do but it's nippy.

6W6P L1 - plus the evil abs circuit from NMTZ. Not bad considering how much I wanted to sit in my pyjamas and eat carbs Grin

Metafit here. My torn up hand isn't too bad which is just as well as it's weights again tomorrow. Only problem is I now want to sit in my pjs and eat carbs. I've had a baby bel but it's not cutting it.

Keep on keeping on, Oubliette, you're rocking your challenge. Hope your legs aren't too bad RJ. I weirdly miss weight training. I haven't been able to find a trainer to replace the classes I was doing.

I've had a frantic day, but just arrived in a lovely hotel for 2 days of child free bliss. I went for a 5km run this morning at 6.30, because I knew when I got here I'd just sink onto the bed and not move and I was right room service is on its way. Happy weekend everyone!

I've failed this week: was doing fine till yesterday, but then two sleepless nights in a row caught up with me (DD is reverting to toddler sleep habits Angry) and I couldn't get out of bed in the mornings, and had evening commitments. Nothing yesterday, and just cycled to work and back today. I don't think I'll squeeze anything in over the weekend, so I need to try to get back on the wagon on Monday.

Envy, Kanye. I have a weekend of ferrying to children's parties ahead of me, plus house guests!
