Juneathon 2016 - anyone want to join us?

Basic premis: try to do 30 min exercise every day in June.

Any kind of exercise: walking, running, swimming, climbing, dancing, circuits - the choice is yours!

From experience, every day can be a bit much. So feel free to join in even if you don't think you can manage this. Last year I aimed for 5 days per week, which worked well for me.

Day 23: Ri30 L2D2 & Killer Abs L1D4. Very humid again, and I'm feeling quite tired now I'm done.

10 minutes on the rowing machine, 30 minutes on the elliptical (doesn't seem designed for short arses) , and 30minutes of swimming which I really enjoyed as the pool wasn't too busy

Very bad luck elephant, sorry to hear that.
Did loads of walking yesterday and a 5k jog this morning which probably wasn't the best idea.'I'll be walking loads again today

No exercise yesterday, but a half hour workout this morning. I'm also going to try to fit in a walk before the day is out.

Well done oubliette! No official exercise for me yesterday but I did a fair bit of walking so not a total fail. I'm considering my options for today 1) go back to bed and be lazy all day after a hectic weekend 2) go to the gym or 3) swim. So far 1) is winning but I'll feel differently after a couple of coffees

As predicted, yesterday was a write off. Today did upper body session with my PT. My pull ups were damn good if I do say so myself Grin. Celebrated by eating 3 mini muffins (fail!).

Elephant hope ur ankle is on the mend.

Not had the energy to do much the last week, sleepless nights are really taking my energy, anyway 40 mins out with the dogs this morning. Might attempt a walk after dinner tonight I'm hoping it will help move her down even more Grin
Have a dog walk planned with friend in morning so hopefully rain stays away

7.5km hill run with a friend. It was soggy but quite pleasant running in the rain but it still being warm.

30 minutes on the cross trainer and a few minutes on the Ski machine and rowing machine followed up with a walk . I'm getting back on it after a weekend of stuffing my face :)

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. DH didn't let me move all weekend and I sat with my foot up. Then I got very bored.
It felt ok today so I did a Pump class with light weights.

Great to see so many of you sticking with it. I can't believe we only have a couple of days of June left.

Diolch Blod! Pump again today, hopefully Spin tomorrow but I'll see how the ankle is. It's been ok today. I can tell it's a bit weak but it's not painful so I think using it is probably a good thing...
