Thanks Purple - yes am pleased. DH is away all week so am really going to be good this week - no cheats! Second week of bootcamp. Down to the last few runs now - loved my 9 miles yesterday, am doing Insanity Max Plyo intervals today and Ab ripper X (I want to find my abs!!) and will probably do P90X tomorrow as planned and then 10 miles on Friday. Really looking forward to the exercise this week - I feel like I am approaching a real level of fitness now - the idea of running of 10 miles feels like a walk in the park which would have scared the pants off me 8 weeks ago.

Are you on mfp Purple? Yumyum is bfmummy I know that - and I have another MN friend on there who logged in 14 days ago (begins with S) - is that Jackster maybe? Where is Jackster?

My boobs have gone down from a 40J to 32E (I think, but I'm off for a bra fitting today so this may change). I think a lot of it is just down to genetics like my inability to have a slim tummy.

22hc cardio 2 and core 1 yesterday but was feeling rubbish so took it a bit easy (well, as easy as is possible with that workout!) and resistance 1 I think is scheduled for this afternoon but got to take DD shopping this morning first.

No chocolate whatsoever been consumed here

Well done Roastie - also no chocolate for me since DD's birthday cake on Friday - not one piece of chocolate egg has been near my lips!

Insanity and ab ripper x done - have had a banana for breakfast as it was about to go off but am on a fast day today so will just have cuppa-soup later and that's it.

55s here I come!

Back to the grindstone this morning!

Unfortunately, unlike most of you virtuous lot, a significant amount of Easter Eggs have passed my lips over the last few days Blush

But, 5.15am alarm this morning and T25 Pyramid done - I had forgotten how much I LOVE that workout and the time goes so quickly unlike TBC and Core Cardio which I despise Core speed tomorrow, then Rip'T Up and then back to the beginning of T25 again.

Boobz I ran 10 miles twice and on both occasions, it was a massive thing which ended both times with a McD's milkshake as the run just happened to end up at a retail park Grin. I can't imagine how it would ever just be a 'walk in the park'!

Insanity done this morning and now a dog walk and then t25 beta. I also might throw in a cardio abs from insanity or go run at the gym. Swimming after my run was really nice at the weekend.

I haven't had any chocolate either so I'm feeling quite virtuous:) I also have some painting to do which I shouldn't put off any longer.

Wow there's a lot of discipline re chocolate on this thread! Don't worry only - I've been eating my fair share of chocolate eggs - only to prevent the DC eating them all obviously....Wink

Did eccentric upper tonight. I guess I had done it before but I had forgotten it. Who knew there were so many (hideous) ways to do a press up or pull up?! Ended up using really light weights too as I've lost a lot of strength. Lots to build on again....

I finished my t25 this evening and thought " I'll just go to the gym" as the DC aren't here. So I managed 5k and a few of the machines, just weights though.

And kept to my diet, the mfp thing is really helping thx

I can only go down a few inches with press ups. I'm terrified my arms will give way. I've collapsed once on my front already covered in sweat. And triceps things - I can't make my elbows bend and take my weight! I'm hoping it gets easier.

I'm deeply impressed at anyone managing proper press ups:)

mfp really helping me here too. Although didn't quite manage to stick to the fast today as had some parma ham and some extra nuts.

I am in ketosis - I can tell because my mouth tastes funny like it did when I was last in ketosis during my German fast. Which means I am in optimal fat burning territory! Handily my work deadline has moved to Monday so I have some extra time now - am going to do 6 miles tomorrow and P90X Legs and back and ab ripper. Am feeling lighter and stronger. Still can't find any abs though - surely can't be long now?

Purple I am reading this book at the moment it is quite motivating re benefits of exercise, but the author laments the fact her arms can go from toned to flabby in a fortnight so seems like it is possible to lose strength quickly. Its not all bad though as apparently people who have been fit but no longer exercise still seeing benefits in terms of aging so we are not wasting our time. I am not far into the book but seems like they are recommending a varied weekly workout - some HIIT, lots of resistance, some cardio, some body weight work, varied workout lengths etc.

Lavendar well done on getting to the gym and all your workouts, I also need to get cracking on painting, however, my children are away this eve and all I have done is ironing Blush at least I was standing up when I did it Halo

I'm joining Only and Purple in the ate too much chocolate corner - and even worse, instead of my late night workout the other night I ordered pizza Blush

Finally stopped eating yesterday and gave NMTZ a go before my night shift - I quite liked it! Apart from the stretches - I get bored when Jillian does all the "let's sit here for ages thinking about what we've just done" crap. I also prefer stretching standing up - so just did Shaun T's ones that do the same muscles instead!

My shoulders were killing me by the time I got to work, then near the end of my shift it had spread down my biceps and triceps - and now my abs are killing me just in time for bed - so it must have been effective! Grin

I was too tired to get up early and jump about this morning so I'll have to get on it later. I definitely look different - I just have to keep going and the running really helped me relax - I mean jogging really;)

I like Jillian, even more so since she answered my question when she did a live web chat on here! I think she explains form quite well and I don't get bored doing the workouts. My quads hurt too now - I thought my legs had escaped unscathed but apparently not! Grin

Eleanor - you and I had the same delayed work out effect. I had no soreness this am after my upper body work out yesterday so felt like I hadn't done enough but then by this eve my arms were killing. Yay.

Well done on the weight boobz. Don't tell your DH that your diet is more effective without him - he'll feel bad!

Managed max out cardio today. Was inspired by all you dieters so watched cals today. Was starving before work out and felt like I was running on empty but then after about 5mins felt OK. Am absolutely ready to eat the sofa now but dinner is still 15 mins away from being cooked Shock let's hope I can hang on......

I was even contemplating doing some fast days today. Yes - that's radical for me. Does it have to be 2 per week to be effective? I've decided I want my lovely thin arms back - I had them last summer - put on 1.5kg and they've gone. Sad

Fasting does seem to work as long as you don't over-compensate on non fast days - that's why mfp is so handy.

Ate pretty normally today - going to do a long run and low cal tomorrow to make up for it - really want to be as strict as poss before DH comes back.

Have still been doing 22hc every day. One more day to do and then it's rest day finally. My glutes and legs are really aching when I do the workouts now and I am starting to loathe burpees.

So I have finally finished week 1 of 22 hard corps! Resistance 1 is hard, think my pushups are improving but I had to step most the burpees in the 'bonus' sprint burpee pushup.

I totally agree about jillian's stretching on the floor - I literally can't do it!

I'm nearly at the end of week 2 so a week ahead. I've started counting out loud with the army crew and joining in with the 'get some' every time Tony yells hc, even DD joins in too! there's no hope now is there. I still like that it's over so quickly but I'm struggling through it. Resistance 2 was today and think I have core 2 for the first time wth tomorrow's workout .

Well done roastie and poppy. I have a feeling id like 22hc - I love burpees (I know, that's wrong!) Grin

Leg strength work out from p90x3 today. I don't really sweat doing the weights work outs which feels wrong but given that 2 days after the upper body one I still can't move my arms properly for jumping jacks I'm assuming it's doing me some good! Also been v good on diet today. Might go to bed soon as the lure of the snack is getting difficult to resist!
