Hi Geeky - me too :) Where are you up to?
Only one more workout to do and I've finished the first week of the scary Insanity month! My abs are quite tender today, I didn't really get that in month 1. There's a lot of plank stuff going on, that must be it!
I've been starting work at midday for the last couple of days so got up earlier than normal to fit in my workout first. I found Max Recovery all kinds of boring stretchy hell! It was worse than Cardio Recovery, and I spent most of it swearing at Shaun T.
It went mainly like this:
Shaun T: Go deeper into that stretch!
Me: Fuck OFF.
I think the fact I just woke up in a really bad mood didn't help!
Max Interval Circuit this morning was great though! I started off all sluggish and didn't really want to do it, but soon picked up and felt great by the end. I didn't swear either!
Question - I've been looking at The Body Coach, has anyone here tried it? I want to finish Insanity first, but I emailed them with a few queries and they seem helpful. It looks like it may be doable alongside Max 30 :)
