New thread for parkrunners old and new.

We are a long-running thread, but very friendly - please come and say hello, and chat about PBs, tourism, progress towards tee-shirts and anyything else about parkrun

feet I am so not ready for the WOLEF experience, especially if it stays as chilly all week

I would like to do Wolef when the weather is ok. I thought early April was pushing it a bit. Plus we are now away anyway. Phew

New babies, WOLEFing and I'll be 4hrs married
Quite a weekend for us all eh?!

An absolutely enormous turn out at lanhydrock today (emmetts ) pushing 200.
I deliberately didn't push too hard, but still came in at 27.45 which is respectable.

Sounds eventful next week!! I was happy to run with mini Kimmi in the pushchair despite having babysitters in the guise of my parents and complete it!!

I have ThursdayLast . Very long horrible story of incompetence and myself being uncharacteristicly forceful meant I waited around for 3 days and then moved hospitals. Eventually had waters broken at 6.40 last night and gave birth to my gorgeous little man at 2.46am today.

Are you excited or nervous or a bit of both? I love a good wedding!

It is DH's turn to run with the pushchair and he's managed to get babysitters oh well at least I don't have to run with it!!
Just hoping to get round, none of my usual running buddies are around today so it might be a bit quiet!!

My running buddy is doing 10k at Brighton which is part of the same course karatekimmi.

Thanks for asking ThursdayLast, he has wee'd which was initial hurdle so we are home. Back Monday for scan and paediatric appointment and go from there to see if and where there is a blockage causing the enlarged kidney, will no more then what course of action is required at the moment he's just on antibiotics. Enjoy your cliff run and have a wonderful wedding!

'Twas rather windy

Happy wedding day Thursday.

Had a bit of tourism around Fritton Lake. Lovely course would recommend. Just a tad windy. All off road and I am blaming my time on the wind and course. Not hilly though.

That makes my courses go up to 3 and come next week I would have done 4 parkruns. Slowly getting around a bit.

Looking forwards to next week feet. Its going to be great.
