Runners thread number 7

Open for any runners, or any runners looking to get their 'mojo' back.

I have a 10k on Sunday which I am feeling less than prepared for, and the stomach bug is just adding to that. I have a feeling I will be the slowest runner!

5.6 miles today, easy intervals session ahead of Sunday's Inverness 10k. So 583.3.
Go HalleLouja! It's nice when hard work pays off isn't it?

4 miles from me and my first fall while running, doh!! Was a very comedy fall, kept running while losing my balance for some time but managed to fall on my bum/hip so plenty of padding! 587.3

Also I think I am getting a shade faster. Just over 11 minutes per mile (11 minutes 12 seconds) which is a bit faster than normal for me

Good running everyone, I have really noticed it is getting dark earlier so we all need to find the high viz stuff??

Ran 1.9 miles this morning (am on holiday in America - in Boston at the moment. Had to keep up with my boyfriend which was good for me . Was the fastest 3k I've done in a while

2.6 miles from me this morning, so with mine and Miranda it's now 594.3 I think.

Taken dd to school without deodorant on so I'm rushing home to put that on and then I'll go to my 2nd favourite park, closer to home.

Numpty.

Very damp 2.77 from me, 597.07 total.

Absolutely glorious off road exploration with my friend this evening. 4.5 miles all in all, about 3 of which were treacherous

It really was tonight Tess. My friend and I were having a real aren't-we-lucky-we-live-in-Cornwall love in!
Usually the tide is out and all there is is stinking mud as far as the eye can see!

Definitely NOT cornwall (you lucky people!) but not home either so was a nice change :)

Attempting my first early morning run since morning sickness took hold, off to bed now to prepare! Wish me luck!

Is that in the north east Lego on a good day I can see that bridge (if it's the one I'm thinking of) from the country road where I go running.
