Haven't been on in a while as I have lost focus with running. Have found it impossible to find the time between no childcare and the brief time I do get to myself after two years of being by myself, I've started dating again
. Basically life has been getting in the way.
Needless to say I won't be doing my hm in three weeks. Feel a tiny bit down deciding that after all that hard work but it's taught me that if I am to do training for a big run, it'll have to be one earlier in the year when ds is at school and the parents are about for babysitting littliest. Thinking the hm that happens close to me here next May instead.
Literally ran into my local running club yesterday when I was out doing a quick 20mins before the kids came home. The person tailing on the bike stopped me and asked if I wanted to join their club
Really considering seeing if I can organise a babysitter for even one of the two nights a week and they do their club long run on a Saturday apparently. Might help me get some of my running mojo back as I think some of the problem is that it's so solitary sometimes.
Have a few miles to add but it is only a few. I'll have to upload my garmin to check as haven't done it in a while.
