Hello all, I have run three times this week and not updated the thread - was too scared of the maths. In total it comes to 2:40 which added to the last total is 40:52:40 I'm really sorry, my tired brain has not added in everyone else's minutes. (I hate working out timings!)
No run for me tomorrow morning, did a proper training session for the GER today. It was interval training on an athletics track - absolutely exhausting, I ran 10x400m that were all 1:35ish. Then at the end finished with a 1:25 - it was a killer. I was so tired that I tripped over the edge of the track and have twisted my ankle which is really sore. I don't think I have done any major damage but it hurts.
Anyway, I haven't recorded any of that on my garmin because I couldn't work out how to do intervals!!! Not really a running time as such either.
Interesting conversations about running with bottles, I hated it and on longer runs now use a camelback which I really like.
