Running has gone a bit by the way this week, but have parkrun on Sat and whipsnade on Sunday to look forward too.
Relieved i have done a couple of longer runs the last couple of weekend so know I can at least survive the 10k distance - but am not going to be breaking any records this weekend!
The KMs are really mounting up, will be back to add on mine in due course. I need to sort out my core strength too - 30 day shred was good (not that i ever got to day 30
) and thinking about trying to catch up on the facebook 30 day Abs challeging thingy - anyone else doing it?
