Sorry to hear about the injuries, especially mummylion's stress fracture.
vlad & emummy well done on the intervals. I find it really difficult to motivate myself...after a few meters at a fast pace, I drop back down to my usual slow pace.
I had a lovely 6.2km run through Regents Park to Primrose Hill (Although I did not actually make it UP the hill
) so our total is to 222.6 km
I forgot to take my music & garmin, which was actually surprisingly nice for a change. I didn't think about my pace or cadence or distance and just..er....ran!
