Hello!

Today I did KB&T L1 and it wasn't too bad. Haven't done anything for weeks but actually got through this more easily than I was doing before. Also, weighed myself for the first time in weeks and I seem to have lost weight too but I think this is just loss of muscle tone as I don't feel skinnier!

I still don't feel good about any of it though. I think I'm bored and need something to reignite my enthusiasm. Do you reckon kettlebells would do the trick?

Change of plans today after I'd got up early and done RI30 L4! So as my ds was already booked into breakfast club at school I too k advantage and went to the gym for an hour. Ran for half an hour and then did 10mins on the rower and some weights/abs.

Well, I'm aching today. My bum and thighs are really feeling it which I suppose is the idea. Bit depressing how a few weeks off can reduce me back to this state. Might have time to fit in another session today. I ought to really before it becomes overwhelming again.

I've done a couple of hours walking today and when I got back my Bob Harpers had arrived Grin DH is taking DS to pick the girls up from school today so I will be trying totally ripped core and report back

Bob Harper totally ripped core done! I really enjoyed it, it has a timer on the screen so you can see how long you've got left which I find helpful. It wasn't too fast paced but I still worked up a sweat and it has some ab exercises that I haven't tried before. Will report tomorrow evening to see how much my abs hurt!

Well I can certainly feel my core today! I feel like i'm wearing a belt around them iyswim Smile One thing I forgot to mention about the Bob Harper dvds is his disproportionally small legs, I find it very distracting Grin

30DS D31L1 done today. I used heavier weights on all the weights exercises - 3kg where I could and 2kg where the first set with 3kg was too much - and I held the 1kg weights for all the cardio sections. It was a great workout, I was much sweatier than I had been on level 1 and those press ups and arm exercises are just what I need at the moment.

Kick, I'm not sure it burns as many calories as mfp logs! I logged 4 hours but actually been cleaning and running around packing since 6am!!
So no JM for me again.

Haha it is quiet! I'm just too busy to fit in any JM at the moment! But busy cleaning and running up and down stairs with boxes so still active. On a positive note I think my knees recovered. Yay! Will deffo do something over weekend before I start painting.

Did Shred L2 for the first time in ages, forgot how hard it was! Had to drop weights down from 4kg-3kg as my arms were tired after carrying DS back from playgroup Smile.

Did Ripped L3 on Monday, duck walks- ouch!

I did L1 and L2 of 30DS last night. Had upped the weights to 3kg and definitely struggled! I really don't like L2 though.
