Hi all! Have been absent for a while but still JMing and Bobbi. Took JM on holiday but only managed 4 workouts in 2 weeks, but the only place I could do it was right outside DD's room and depending on what time she woke up, there wasn't always time to do anything before we were out for the day. But anything is better than nothing I guess. Still enjoying Kick boxing Fast fix, but did Shred L2 today, and I still HATE it! Will either do Killer Abs 2 or Ripped 2 tomorrow. Hope everyone's OK, will attempt a proper read through at some point!

I went for a run with DS1 today. I'm not used to running so I'm all hot and sweaty. I was thanking JM though as I wouldn't have been able to do it before.

V proud of myself. Did L2 shred with 3kgs weights for the whole thing for 1st time. Have previously had to drop to 2kgs for circuit 3. Today I didn't give myself the option - deliberately made sure I didn't even have 2kgs in the room! Strength circuit was not as bad as I expected but plank jacks and plank twists afterwards smarted on the old shoulders! Grin

DS1 is 11 Jackster so DH wants to improve his fitness a bit before he starts high school and has to do 'proper' PE.

My DH's idea of a gentle second cycle for me tuened out to be 22 miles and I have a sore butt! Hip Hop ab's arrived today so i'm leaning towards it! Have dropped out of tonights circuit class though!

Ri30 level 1 done but I've lost count! I really went for it with lots of added weight and now I'm knackered.

It's 11 times on level 1 Ri30 and once on level 2. I think I'm going to stick with level 1 as it seems to be good for working up to press ups and I have added weights to some of the cardio moves to make them more intensive. I'm going to need some heavier dumbells though as my heaviest is only 3kg which isn't enough for some of the exercises.

I did 30ds L2 D2 today after a late night (and two pints of beer, which were not part of the low-carb plan...), so can't really complain I feel tired Grin Just glad I'm keeping with it rather than giving up at the first blip.

Lots of hard work going on here - well done everyone! My back has been tweaking since I did both levels of Bobs workout on Tuesay- think it is all those roll backs and get ups at tops speed.did manage 40 mins on cross trainer on Wednesday and bobs yoga on Thursday though. DH and I did NMTZ this morning as we go to Italy tomorrow so will be confined to workouts with relatively little weights for 2 weeks. Have downloaded a range of stuff so hopefully will do some stuff. Staying at airport hotel tonight with gym so will visit in the morning.

It really is isn't it! I love boxing and the effect it has on the Abs. I've tried 13.1 (£3 something on amazon!) but didn't like the format as much as it races ahead with little instruction and flips from the woman trainer to the man then from solo fights to needing a partner

Wow, I'dkick, that sounds horrendous! I did Hard Body L2 this morning - enjoyed it! Nice to have a change of format (it's like 6W6P, in that you do each circuit once then repeat the whole thing) - good mix of moves, some OK and some for me virtually impossible - I cannot do one-armed mountain climbers, well, I can but only about 3 in 30 seconds! I just did normal ones. Have a good Sunday everyone! x

Knotty, how much harder is level 2 compared to level 1 of hard body? I really enjoy level 1 and it doesn't seem as repetitive as 6w6p somehow.
